Looking above on "financials" ADVFN seem to say that the current yield is 637.87.
Time to get in I reckon!

Have CREST account; Shell divi went directly to my bank yesterday. Plan to add to my holding within the next few days.

Mums and dads, boys and girls, welcome aboard RDSB airlines - thank you for flying with us today. The route ahead is going to be fairly calm except for in the Athens area when we expect some turbulence. Please keep you seatbelt securely fastened until the Captain switches off the seatbelt signs. We'll be around with the trolley service shortly after take-off...

Ok.

But, I thought a lot of it was about condensate.

Never mind, all the oil cos have lost it.

Look at the gas price more than the oil price. I am scaling in but bottom could be another 100p off at 1750p ish.

Getting back to the header.

Why are BP holding steady (a bit) and Shell is not.

getting tempted myself but at this steady rate 1750 may not be impossible. However RSI close on 20 could slow that.

Looks like more pain is coming. UKX futures down as is oil. I have the next support at 1840p. I'll be tempted to buy more there

Topped up early this morning at £18.60.

Let's hope I'm not the 'kiss of death' to the share price, as I was a month ago.

I agree if the deal fell thru BG. would rise in its own right, shells tie up with gazprom/valad putin is risky would not trust them as far as u could throw up imho

The catalyst for the persistent weakness here is the BG deal.It is not just the oil price,sterling/dollar exchange rate, over supply, and IS fears. The price to be paid is far too high, coupled to the fact you have further dilution. The market recognises this, and we can now see the consequences. In the long run,the outcome could well be positive, but for what length of time, can investors' patience be tested.Just my thoughts.

Not Good at the moment, oil seems to be gaining a little bit of ground BUT ftse is falling and the US data looks weak so the Pound is gaining against the dollar thus diluting the divi payment. Im still waiting a little longer, very much still in bear mode on this one.
