There would be a War before we get to Stone Age and that's good for oil consumption !. this could go to 1250 -I doubt it but who knows. All I know is the money is not in the stock it's in the speculation. If you have been holding from high small amounts stick it out and buy small amounts and then one big amount if you are clever and I cannot tell you when - only the big machine drivers know when it stops and they have bought the next yacht !l

Yes probably not worth selling at these levels. I am actually thinking of dipping my toe in.

My sentiment exactly. I am keeping cash on sidelines to buy my next tranche but trading in the meantime

Yeah keep shell. It's madness to sell at a loss with shell. It's not some aim stock lol

It can easily go in to the 1700's, which I never thought would happen
outside a bear market, have kept some cash aside for that possibility.

The chart appears to say, 'Wait a bit longer'.

Yes its very hard to call the bottom. What's that saying...The market can stay wrong for longer than you can stay solvent. Rdsb will come good and even if worst case scenario they trim the divi it will still be a juicy regular payer imo.

31k for me Mark, probably my biggest regret of last year was grabbing a
quick profit on BP, having bought within 2 pence of the 2014 low,
that was a big misjudgement.
With this holding I will not make the same mistake, it's a keep, regardless
of price and collect the income.

Yep I've 36k invested in rdsb. Rather than buying more physical shares I am trading within the down channel. When it does break out of the channel it will be interesting.

Yes I am preferring to long/short this at the moment as it is trading nicely within the clearly defined channel. I do also hold rdsb shares which I'm currently getting hammered on. The divi is fantastic to pick up on the ride and I believe shell will rocket back up in the not too distant future.

Buying somewhere near here even if you knock 15% of the dividend it's
still a fat payout, it can always go lower if markets tank.
