12/3/2013 13:31 | I think it's a scam. I had the same approach about some ETQ shares I held 2 or 3 years ago. I expect to get a request to forward money to cover some legal or bank charges necessary to release the proceeds!! Shame, it would be nice to be getting in excess of £4 per share :-) Anyone know what they are currently worth? Regards UK | uknighted

28/5/2011 11:07 | Got to be an all - time low for this club , so called fans protesting just because the new manager has played for another club ! Give the guy a chance , been around the block a bit but certainly got barnsley playing some brilliant football a few years ago Dont forget ian hollaway had been around the block abit too with highs and lows before doing a brilliant job at blackpool,,you never know in this game .. Just because youve been a ""blade"" shouldn,t mean anything when selecting a manager ,hence the previous clown (fans choice ) going back down to his level MESSAGE TO PROTESTERS.........G | mick33

04/12/2010 14:35 | From the JPJ site: Shareholders in Sheffield United should be aware that an overseas company is making unsolicited calls to shareholders offering them a vastly inflated price for their shares. Shareholders should ignor all correspondance and not enter into any business with them as this is a financial scam. Please read below regarding reporting such issues to the FSA The rest is at: | sharw

15/7/2009 10:40 | Completely off topic, in light of the current discussions, for which I apologise but thought I would throw it in there - Those that still hold shares in SUT, what are your plans ? I see that the 8.5p price held up for this latest quarter and looking at JPJenkins site there was a trade of nearly 1.7M on 10 July, which I guess is more buy backs, but how many does that leave out in there and if this falls to a low level will Mcabe buy these back a decnet price ? | outsourcer |
