23/2/2023 14:24 | Without a trading update this will drift. | northwards
23/2/2023 13:57 | Been faffing about too long not getting an acquisition sorted. All valuable time wasted when neither their cash generation or their ‘war chest’ is much to shout about. Deafeningly quiet on all fronts | earwacks
22/2/2023 16:05 | See Share Prophets were pushing this the other day, anyone see the article..? | chrisdgb
17/2/2023 12:31 | Seems to bounce well off the 90p level.......... | chrisdgb
17/2/2023 12:21 | Suspect we will drift down in the absence of contract news. Need a big H2. | northwards
16/2/2023 13:38 | I think all it will take is a tip from the Investors Chronicle and this will rocket. Look for example at Pennant ( where I also hold shares) and see what happened on a tip today ( Up 17%). | hybrasil
27/1/2023 18:11 | The problem with small caps now is that there is a very limited pool of investors for them at the moment. I have a big (for me) holding here. I obviously hope that the faith shown by the ceo is justified | hybrasil
27/1/2023 14:06 | The problem is with small caps with such a low number of shares, (24 million I think here) is any market activity gets exaggerated in either direction. Phil still abounds with confidence adding more to family ISA’s etc. very news driven so would expect some of that before next update this is supposed to be the busy period where they get the lion share for full year results | earwacks
27/1/2023 12:52 | Tipped somewhere ? | northwards

13/1/2023 08:50 | Why does Royal Mail not have adequate protection against Russian Ransomware attack? Are you on it guys? Share price sagging as usual | earwacks
17/12/2022 10:36 | I’ve held these shares for over 6 years and the trend over that time has only been south..what can you say !! | morgan2626
07/12/2022 13:41 | Here is the half year results presentation Confident tone and they hope for news on M&A soon | jbravo2
07/12/2022 12:48 | Yep if they start announcing activity in the USA it wouldn't take much to shift these well up. Judging by the tone, in the recent presentation, good news could be around the corner. 🤞 | igoe104
07/12/2022 12:22 | Higgins increasing his holding by 180k, given the high % he had anyway as CEO, and it's timing I believe is a good indicator. They were very bullish on the US angle in the presentation, so any increase in stake would have to come in the period between the results RNS and any before any material sales were made to avoid being inside. That window could only be a matter of weeks. I wouldn't be surprised if we saw some positive news announced early in the new year. As we have seen before, that could easily elevate the share price to the £1.50 area. | bdbd11
07/12/2022 12:05 | Thanks for the write up, sounds interesting...... | chrisdgb
07/12/2022 09:15 | Pretty decent rebound since the results fall. | northwards
06/12/2022 09:50 | I like that our CEO has an interest in 10 percent of the company. Great motivation to grow ... | northwards

03/12/2022 15:06 | JF This is my take from a very detailed presentation when they went through the numbers virtually line by line. The software division has developed some very interesting products which save there customers a lot of money. The have increased the marketing team and appear to have high hopes of the US. Management indicated that H2 would be very good. With a half promise that this full year would be in line with last year. The company was again generating cash. If you look at the progressive numbers year end cash is projected at £5m and next year £9m. Cenkos cash projections are roughly the same. That is one third of the market cap. They were looking for acquisitions and I got the feeling that might be quite soon. Hope this helps. | sidam
02/12/2022 16:14 | What was said in todays presentation? | johnnyfazack
02/12/2022 13:29 | Hopefully will see some strong sales growth in Q4 from North America. The management seemed confident of hitting full year numbers... | igoe104
02/12/2022 09:44 | Progressive Equity Research note - free to access. Robust trading despite macro headwindsInterim results for the six months ended 30 September 2022 show that Shearwater has delivered a robust trading and operational performance. The Services division saw an increase in revenue, while Software division revenue was once again impacted by the impending new product launches and revisions. Current trading is strong, with newly released software products generating encouraging interest. The financial performance was, however, affected by a significant unrealised forex charge and working capital drag. We have revised our forecasts to reflect these transient negatives and sustainable positives. Cyber and Shearwater are long-term stories with dynamics that are significantly more attractive than mainstream software and services; Shearwater's market valuation does not appear to reflect this.? Robust services. Services revenues increased H1 on H1 by 5%, | northwards
01/12/2022 18:32 | Fair play from the CEO hes put his money where his month is. Hopefully better days are ahead. | igoe104 |
