05/4/2024 11:24 | Thanks mike. I was wondering whether its worth buying to get 0.3p. 0.45p would have been better. | 1hercule
05/4/2024 10:58 | Can anyone give me the answer on how to stop email alerts for SHG coming through? I followed instructions day before yesterday, and it does show "you have no alerts configured", but Im still getting them. TIA | nav_mike
05/4/2024 10:43 | Deal done 14.85 right .. no going back .. so just put a dummy buy in for 10,000 and can buy for 14.40p . I guess not worth any more with dealing fees .. is there duty on this ? Where is Chestnuts ? Chestnuts come back and explain yourself . | kennyp52

04/4/2024 22:43 | Who is auditing and certifying the vote ? I got out but I feel for those that have hung on .. at least you got the dividend and a slightly higher bid. I presume this goes private now so nobody will really ever find out just how much this makes them . Remember .. Zurin .. remember .. Patel .. they ever come to market again make sure you warn investors. Now all of the CAPEX has been done and the production / gold price is falling in to place your own directors have shafted you . Disgrace. | kennyp52
04/4/2024 21:51 | My first Shanta shares I bought in July 2011 at 22p and have gradually built up since, all between 6 and 8p plus a bit of short term trading in 2019. Finally with all the debt behind us, two mines producing above prediction and West Kenya just around the corner, the future was very promising - and then we are shafted. Makes me wonder what is happening with Ariana. Their debt is also behind them; their second producing mine just coming on stream; their blue sky project Salinbas just around the corner. Their share price is now only about a third of three years ago and not responding to the rising gold price. Are they going to recommend a derisory "in house" offer. | coachsailor
04/4/2024 21:48 | stevea good luck for the future, | alangriffbang
04/4/2024 21:32 | Alan. Perseus (PRU) has a good reputation and is fast expanding with production of 535k oz pa from 3 mines in Africa, lots of cash and a main listing on the ASX. It's not listed on the LSE. Mkt cap at US$1.5 billion is out of range for me. I have a large LT holding in another ASX listed African miner, West African Resources (WAF), that is building its second mine and will increase from 200k oz pa to 400k oz pa next year. It's a multi award wining company and its Founder, CEO and Chairman, Richard Hyde, is the best I've ever come across! | stevea171
04/4/2024 20:52 | stevea I hold twenty one million Perseus mining it’s as cheap as chips and yet they pay a dividend which goes into the bank tomorrow, they bought out Amara mining which I held a lot and then topped up like crazy ,my broker , invest direct don’t handle it ,but I’m sure you would find some way of buying them ,have a read up it’s most interesting , | alangriffbang
04/4/2024 20:03 | Alan. Yes, I'm a long term holder of AAZ as well but currently it's under a cloud because of the Azeri government. It's due news on the tailings dams which will allow a full return to work any day now which should lift the share price considerably with huge copper and gold assets to be mined, developed and explored. Huge dividends to return starting maybe next year as profits recover and Mid cap miner in progress. | stevea171
04/4/2024 18:55 | Sorry for the LTH’s here, esp Redhill who’s been here a long time I know. Robbed off you as it was heading to increase substantially in size. Outrageous behaviour by the board. | jbravo2
04/4/2024 18:47 | stevea I may add HOC and THX who I didn’t really like but it’s done well look at AAZ I’m really keen on this share ,I’ve made money on SHA so not all that disappointed and the last two RNSs here weren’t good at all so good luck to them , | alangriffbang
04/4/2024 18:25 | Sad day for so many Shanta PI's. HOC gains 4p in the final hour today to 135p as some Shanta PI's get the news from 3:40pm that the Patels have won and reluctantly move to HOC, SRB, THX etc. | stevea171
04/4/2024 18:03 | Max date for sale proceeds Divi on 26th I think | phillis
04/4/2024 17:33 | Shafted ! Settlement date is 35 days from today. 14.85p/share + 0.15p dividend payment Is that correct? | jasper2712
04/4/2024 17:26 | Last time in any AIM stock for me. | redhill
04/4/2024 17:16 | juju I’m with you and have made quite a bit of money I still hold some SHA but not that many ,we will have to keep an eye on SRB and AAZ because if gold drops they will as well ,eee is up today ,good luck, | alangriffbang
04/4/2024 17:13 | Between them, the Director's owned over 63m shares. Properly invested, that should give them an annual income of around £400k a year for the rest of their lives. I'm sure they each have other savings and investments which means I wouldn't worry about them becoming destitute. | lowtrawler
04/4/2024 16:43 | Surely the Board will struggle to find suitable further employment unless of course with the Patels? Second shafting on AIM for me. | michaelfenton
04/4/2024 16:40 | last week in April I think. | michaelfenton |
