Some of it was raised from shareholders but the rest was borrowed.Loans are now being paid down and shareholders will start to benefit next year.
The share price will reflect that in the coming months.

You have one vital flaw in your argument.

You state $113 million in property plant & equipment in December 2012.

That $113 million they spent then has to be repaid and until it is then the Company cannot make payments to shareholders. Some of it was raised initially but the rest was borrowed.

You talked sh*t again AG. Gold mining business is capital intensive and complex, which is unlikely to deliver dividend in 5 years of production whilst the infrastructure is still being developed.

African nations won't need foreign investors if gold mining delivery is so easy like your sh*t.... lol

You can start a new thread but only premium customers who start it can ban.

Zimbabwe used to apply 51% indigenization policy but then got it removed entirely because it could not attract new investment at all

Tanzania relaxes protectionist regulations in mining sector
(MONDAY MARCH 11 2019)

By BEATRICE MATERU

In Summary
The new mining regulations reduce ownership restriction for local mining firms and financial institutions’ preference.

Indigenous Tanzanian companies, under the amended regulations, now have to own a minimum 20 per cent equity.

Miners have welcomed the amendment, saying it will make the mining industry vibrant.
