Tanzania changed the game in 2015 regarding VAT
They want more out of their GOLD to stop in Tanzania amongst other things

Acacia is also affected and now Barrick

I can't see things improving in Africa or any other poor country going forwards
Mining shares and any commodity shares in such areas are now HIGH risk including OIL , coal , base metals etc , and so it's a avoid for me , though I do like many like the shiny stuff.

Don't like the chart set up either

That is very strange Redtrend. But I presume it was because he didn't need to - it was being reported on a more than regular basis. Oh...

The expansion on its own produced 2% in July 2017 when it was first installed (taken from the 2017 Accounts). That coupled with the original plant in 2014 you're looking at over 5% initially and now since mid-2018, 10%:

"The new solar plant, in addition to the 63 kilowatt power (kWp) solar pilot plant deployed in 2014, produces a combined 1040000 kilowatt hours (kWh) per year, supplying on average more than 1500 kWh per kWp, about 10% of the company’s power needs"

In any event HFO costs have fallen significantly which you omitted from your running commentary on oil prices when they were increasing... Funny that

Do you know what fraction of SHG's energy use is provided by HFO?

Considering it was such a major issue for you when oil prices were on the rise, I assume you know this...

Don't worry I think everyone appreciates it JC!

He also failed to mention the collapse in oil prices to $50+ when it occurred, yet banged on and on about oil when prices rose to $80+. He failed to quantify what he believed was the input cost attributable to fuel or take into account HFO Plant uses very low cost fuel in the grand scheme and New Luika solar plant reducing fuel dependency.

Notwithstanding this, again the irony was not lost.

But would you expect anything else from the one-sided troll?!

Eric Zurrin has lost £19,000 already if he were to sell up now, and hey, you cannot live on shares alone.

A disappointing share at the moment

If I were one of the directors, I would be a very unhappy bunny at the share price.

They were paid in shares at 5.25p purchase price on 28/2/2019, and now the selling price is 4.7p.

They are loosing a lot in just 4 days.

That would get me very unhappy with the market at the moment.

:-(

"$1366 ATH" ?

Usually ATH = All Time High. What does it mean here?

Ironically AG didn't mention when gold was going up, presumably as it doesn't suit the narrative. Unfortunately we all view information through a biased eye.
