08/3/2019 10:40 | I'm wondering how much stock they are going to push out at 4.69p before raising the price, as there is some decent buying today, maybe on the back of the rising price of gold. | redhill
08/3/2019 10:27 | So 47.2% of SHG equity now in hands of only 4 Institutional Investors: 1. Odey Asset Management 18.9% 2. Sustainable Capital Limited 12% 3. Majedie Investments 9.5% 4. River & Mercantile Asset Management 6.8% You then have a further 9.5% in hands of 2 persons who know SHG in depth and close to the company for a long time (Ketan Patel (NED) and Jonathan Leslie). The board excluding Ketan Patel have 2%. Majedie are in another of my investments (SLP) which when I first jumped in at 8p, suffered from a distressed II pushing the price down. It was already extremely undervalued and this fire-sale pushed it down even further. SLP is now at 26p. Odey, Majedie and Sustainable are also all in HUM. | redtrend
08/3/2019 09:39 | agreed. no value currently being attributed to either too.. | tsmith2
08/3/2019 09:31 | Yes the RNS was corrected but i think most of realised it was wrong as soon as it appeared. Expecting news on Singida this quarter and on Illunga so at least two announcements prior to the April update. | redhill
08/3/2019 09:11 | Seems to have been corrected this morning | tsmith2
08/3/2019 08:12 | I suspect we'll get some news ahead of the quarterly due mid April.China, EU and US all wobbling..gold a decent place to be | tsmith2
08/3/2019 05:29 | Regarding the RNS, it concerns a transaction or 5 & 6 December 2018. Strange | johnrxx99
07/3/2019 16:31 | Well why don't you take your little chum away and go play somewhere else. buywell 123 | redhill
07/3/2019 16:13 | augustusgloop keeps landing shot after shot on REDHILL , how long can he keep on taking these punches. Oh ... bash, there's another on the tax paid ... a low blow that one but the ref didn't see it REDHILL on the ropes again and in trouble | buywell2
07/3/2019 15:41 | Yes, Jasper, very strange | boraki
07/3/2019 15:40 | The date on the transaction was 5,6 DECEMBER 2018 ! African Investment Specialist Sustainable Capital is an independent, owner-managed, responsible investment asset manager that specialises in the research and management of listed African equity securities. We use proprietary, in-house fundamental research to inform the asset valuations and sustainability assessments that guide investment decision-making and stock selection. Company analysis includes an in-depth assessment of the long-term, sustainability risks and opportunities that are material to financial performance and shareholder value. Our investment philosophy is that the sustainability performance of countries and companies is fundamentally linked to long-term investment returns, yet inefficiently priced by African financial markets. | jasper2712
07/3/2019 11:55 | No AG You expected them to make a loss like you always do ! It was an excellent annual performance and the Company goes from strength to strength. | redhill
07/3/2019 11:15 | Decent chunk bought then... | qs99
07/3/2019 09:05 | It looks like Sustainable Capital have picked up 21 million shares of the 26 million on offer. I'm guessing the RNS dates are incorrect. | redhill
07/3/2019 09:05 | Someone likes the stock holdings RNS | tsmith2
06/3/2019 16:14 | Boraki I wouldn't focus on the share price too much at the moment. If 26 million share have been dumped in the market it will take a while for them to be absorbed. | redhill
06/3/2019 16:09 | No what ? They on PAYE ! lol Assuming then that the tax relates to the profit there must be some adjustments somewhere. | redhill
06/3/2019 16:04 | ag It relates to what taxation was paid out in that half year. You are assuming that figure is paid on the 1st half years profit. As far as i can see it could be taxation owed from a previous year. Assuming the Company makes say $10 million in the first half of the year i can't imagine that they pay the tax straight away in that 6 months or at least not all of it. Maybe an accountant could answer that. | redhill |
