19/4/2023 12:35 | So how would one go about replacing him? I see one shareholder has crux asset management with a chunk of shares - perhaps they could lead the way? At the very least there shld be a restructure where management are paid options rather than cash | researchcentre123
19/4/2023 03:59 | Does anyone know how Auld was appointed with such a large salary? The normal thing would be lower salary plus options so interests are aligned. | researchcentre123
18/4/2023 14:30 | J.Auld is so incompetent that he would not be able to get 65k salary outside and he is paying himself 650k salary for delivering consistent FAILURES for the last three years. Current Senior management must be removed to save this company for the future. | trader4ever
18/4/2023 13:00 | Management of this company is group of Crooks and Fraudsters. Stay away from this company. In the AGM everyone should vote against re selecting this management | trader4ever
18/4/2023 11:18 | Tnt99It's virtually got to the point where another share consolidation is needed .....say ATM a 1 for 5 giving it a circa 25p share price Of course Auld would give himself a pay rise based on the "sp increase". At this rate Auld and his gang could soon be annually paying themselves more than the SENX mkt cap!! | badger60
16/4/2023 19:18 | First time I have seen a one for 10 share consolidation and the share halve in value | tnt99
15/4/2023 09:28 | It seems with W1 they'd need to drill a side track and run a new completion at hold up depth (ie where you can fit machinery down at). Quite hard fishing out old coils from what pple say. Anyone else an opinion? | researchcentre123
14/4/2023 09:37 | No one else could perform worse than the current CEO J.Auld. He has done his best to destroy share holders wealth and most importantly he does not seem to have any Self Respect or shame for doing this to Share Holders. | trader4ever
14/4/2023 09:21 | To the best of my knowledge Richard Sneller still owns 11.6% of SENX. Perhaps he ought to take a trip out to the Channel Islands and take Auld out for "walk".....somewhere | badger60
13/4/2023 08:40 | Any chance that they'll get W1 working? Does anyone here have some ideas whether that is technically easy or impossible (ie removing last bits of old piping that's stuck because of mud etc - or do they even have to?) | researchcentre123
12/4/2023 13:08 | Don't expect anything positive as long as this current CEO is not kicked out of the company. He has wasted all that money and achieved nothing for the share holders. Consistent FAILURES for the last three years. | trader4ever
12/4/2023 11:18 | Now the legalities surrounding their old partner are sorted they must be organising a new JV to help crack on with Romania. I can understand why partners wouldn't touch us until it was settled legally but surely its open for business now, wouldn't you think? Is that why they are high ranking their fields? God I hope so. | griffin63
06/4/2023 08:47 | This is like watching paint dry. Who said 'wake the BoD up'. I agree. DDDD | dandadandan
06/4/2023 08:04 | It seems there are 8 of us on this board and 11 on lse (inc me) over 24 hrs. Click like if you're on both so we can see if there're 11 max or 19 | researchcentre123
05/4/2023 09:46 | The arbitration case just made official something that was already expected. from the AR 2021: The Company has a deemed 100% working interest in the concession as its partner has defaulted on its obligations under the Joint Operating Agreement. The Company has filed a Request for Arbitration with the Secretariat of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce seeking a declaration affirming the Company's rightful claim of ownership of its defaulted partner's 40% participating interest and to compel transfer of that interest to the Company. So that has since been confirmed. I don't think any extra revenues or payments are due to SENX as a result. They were already operating and recognising revenue as if it was a 100% SENX concession. | gb904150
05/4/2023 08:13 | Let's see how many people on this board. Click like if you see this. | researchcentre123
03/4/2023 10:32 | Another Failure NEWS from the management, who is made up of Crooks and incompetent people. only positive is that they are CONSISTENT in delivering FAILURES for the last three years and paying themselves huge salaries for delivering FAILURES. | trader4ever
02/4/2023 08:35 | The share price is stock holders emotional reaction to events. I'm more interested in fundamentals. It seems to me if they've won the arbitration case, then something should be coming to the company? Or are we saying that by winning the case they got nothing? | researchcentre123
31/3/2023 14:22 | There is nothing positive in this company. just check share price graph for the last three years. | trader4ever
31/3/2023 11:49 | Anyone know what the significance was about winning that case against their partner? Looked like a major positive to me | researchcentre123
30/3/2023 10:29 | This is what is written on the company website exactly the opposite of what has happened in the last three years. Serinus Energy Overview Serinus Energy plc. is an international oil company with operations in Romania and Tunisia. The focus of the Company is to enhance shareholder value by growing oil and gas production through the efficient allocation of capital. Through our large and extensive land base, the Company has identified a significant future opportunity set that provides growth beyond our existing production and development projects. The management of Serinus has extensive experience and a proven track record of prudent oversight in the allocation of shareholder capital. The Company’s ordinary shares are listed on the London AIM (SENX.LN) and Warsaw Stock Exchange (Symbol: SEN.WP). They need to update this message on their website by ADDING we have the most incompetent management and our sole purpose is to destroy share holders wealth but we still get huge salaries for delivering consistent failures. | trader4ever
30/3/2023 08:49 | I'm not so sure there are hundreds just as bad that run aim companies. I'm not sure how they get away with it. | gazza102 |
