Tunisia appears to be a basket case with no evidence of meaningful development despite all the promises.

Romania is rapidly running out of gas.

2 upcoming drills will have an element of risk, and, even if successful will likely have low flow rates, and high rates of decline.

Why would anyone invest meaningful sums here?

Auld and his gang have no interest in shareholders value. All they are interested is getting monthly salary without any accountability. If we had a competent management share price would have been atleast 50P+. But this company is being run by crooks.

I just do not understand is why the company goes all out to get permission to buyback stock and then after a initial small purchase has stopped buying while the share price tanks.

I mean there is 250k available at 10.95p right now why are they not looking after shareholders and buying it and supporting the price with their cash resources ?

It is just unimaginable that the senior management of a company can be this incompetent. despite of historically highest oil and gas prices, these people still could not deliver any share holder value. Completely destroyed this company in the last three years. JA is the most incompetent of all in serinus management.

It's quite possible that 500K is a share buyback,if it was a sell share price possibly would have been down but didn't move much Friday afternoon, maybe get RNS tomorrow notifying the market,we need some good news that's fit sure.

Sadly when they perforated the last Romanian well, they couldn't even get a gas reading, the levels were so low so it was a failure. Elsewhere the Romanian wells are rapidly declining and suffering increased water ingress. A continued decline in production, and/or an eventual decline in the oil price again, and they will be losing money just like before.Just looks like another lifestyle company to me.Lemmings and mushrooms only.

Let's wait and see what comes from these latest drills. Auld is making a big song and dance about it on RNS, but it's all about what he can get out of the ground, and how much is there cost Vs revenue wise.It can't be any worse than it has been for the last 18 months......I hope! Are you listening Auld????
