He's had three dud holes and some arbitrary taxes imposed. Dud wells do happen, presumably geologists thought they'd be ok but it is the nature of the beast as s...t happens in this business to the best of pple.. i dont know much about the CEO except that he has put some of his own money in the shares and done share buybacks which is good in my mind.but assets have just increased by what, 20%? Tunisia hopefully will do well this year? Overall I'm optimistic

The only reason the company is in this state is because of this useless CEO who has delivered nothing apart from failures at least for the last three years.

Yes a 40 per cent increase in the stock price would be a start I don't understand how a company which has just consolidated its shares in a 2 for 1 has a market cap of 10 million with a profit of 7.5 million last results is still languishing at this ridiculous valuation Oil price up production up court case won profits up share price down?????

If I've understood this right, this year Serinus are subject to 76 percent tax on any Romanian income ie 16 pc tax then a windfall tax on all profits of 60 pc. They can maybe reduce that tax by up to 18 pct if they invest more in machinery etc. which wld be an effective rate then of 58 pct. That wld mean usd 8.41 m tax if revenues are the same (altho I'm unsure how much revenue is attributable to Tunisia, which wld affect it if significant). That wld reduce profits to around $2.5m after tax Anyway any opinion here anyone?

Just this new style of market/trading R123

99.9% have become day traders, people are petrified of holding stocks so nobody will touch a dead stock so they drift and drift and become cheaper and better value then all of a sudden usually on good news the price jumps, the volume jumps and all the traders pile back in this and it becomes popular for a few weeks then goes quiet again and this is the penny stock market now...awful by the way but good if you are the 0.1% that can buy a dead stock and patiently wait for a spike
