Problem is that will cost more to remove JA than company can afford . His remuneration is staggering when consider market cap of a "corner shop " Shameless draining of shareholder funds.

This is an extremely mismanaged company run by extremely incompetent management. JA has to be removed after all these consistent failures. why is he still getting paid despite of delivering nothing for share holders.

Banks took provisions during covid against loans, which showed up on liabilities.. when they didn't come to fruition they went through the income statement as gains.. did they them out?
