J.Auld and his useless management have destroyed this company in the last 4 years due to their incompetency.

Looks like someone has just paid 6p for a few. The upcoming investor presentation only concerns Q1 2023 according to the RNS.I would have thought that Auld and his crew have a lot of explaining to do in relation to the ongoing disaster that has decimated the share price over the past 3/4 years.

I guess there's no way of doing that in an app? I use Hargreaves Lansdowne - do I have to write to them?

Use you voting right to remove J.Auld and rest of the incompetent management. Send it through your broker. Otherwise they will also destroy what ever is left

£5.4 mil market cap

Perhaps time for a rally and yes the boss does take way too much of a salary from the business but the shares could double and still have a low market cap here

How much does Auld need to prove up the 25pps asset valuation....when he can't even find the assets? Overheads last year were 13 Mio USD....which produced zilch, and in the meantime existing production is falling in a much lower energy price environment. Arguably the 25pps asset valuation is highly overstated. As for Auld and his crew they will continue to milk it for themselves .....and sod the shareholders.

Given current asset value of 25p per share, there's some protection there for shareholders. However if Auld continues he shld forgo a big chunk of his salary for some out of the money options or some similar deal. This would seem reasonable. I can't see him getting a comparable package elsewhere so he should be open to it.

In fairness I don't think we'd be having such harsh conversations if the Romanian supertax hadn't suddenly appeared, which is not far off partial nationalisation. The real question is what can be done in Tunisia. Issues do happen so will they be able to either fish out the coil stuck in the well or drill a hole by it? And how about the other hole? Auld has two options to help to turn the fortunes of this company. Let's see how this develops.

Needs an entrepreneur out there suitably rewarded on the upside. Mr Sneller or Crux if you're reading this and can find someone I'm sure you'll get shareholder support. Mr Auld seems to be a banker but not so good at the details. Really needs someone who has more technical knowledge and appropriate motivation.

for the future of this company J.Auld must be removed. Otherwise this company is doomed. He has already wasted three years and huge amount of money delivering failures

Profits went down from 5 to 1.6m and if the chat boards are anything to go by, noone here, myself included has great technical understanding of the oil business, leaving shareholders to rely on their faith in management. Unfortunately after a few actions that didn't work out, small shareholders have lost that faith and many sold driving down the share price. So yes, company is very underpriced especially in relation to its net assets (over 25p per share). The fix is improving the company on one hand (either current bod get act together or are replaced) and better communication. At that point it Cld be a multibagger but needs some work.

I think it's because the current reserves are quickly running out with no new reserves being found. Also because the company is being run into the ground by a cretin CEO called Auld.

Can someone explain to me why this company made 5 million and is valued at 5 million and they have just done a 10 for 1 consolidation seems crazy cheap to me

The fact remains though that this is trading at less than 20 pct of asset value so there is plenty of upside if something is done to correct the public's view of the management.

I shld add I'm not knowledgeable enough to say whether Mr Auld has been just hit by a string of bad luck or is truly incompetent. It doesn't look terribly good to me that there wasn't a plan in place for what happened on W1, but then again I'm no expert. However it does seem unreasonable given the size of the company to unconditionally pay someone that much, especially when the company has been going backwards. It would make more sense to reduce the salary dramatically with a system that management do very well when the company does. You can do that with a PLC in ways you can't with a private company. Of course whether Auld would have enough faith is a different story. Perhaps Mr Sneller could put this suggestion forward.

Mr Sneller and Crux have 20% between them. If the 20 people on these 2 boards is anything to go by, if they had someone good I expect they'd get small shareholders support. My main concern is lack of alignment in interests between shareholders and BOD ie they don't own much but are overpaid relative to profits
