Very weird share price movement today.......have bought 3 tranches today around 105/106 inc largest bought at my limit price of 105 when the mid-price share price was marked up at higher than this, and then at 15.50 sold the smaller one of these tranches at 109.90 (via Hargreaves L) when the mid price quoted was only 108! Even now the mid price quoted is below what I sold for 25 minutes ago.......shows how little I know how this market works. Works in mysterious ways.

Most interesting. The share price is taken down. A big trade goes through at mid-price. The share price then pops back up again. Surely that was worked?Somebody raising a bit of cash and if they would be so kind as to take the share price down to a £1 for me I'll be pleased to help them. The Iranian story is doing the rounds again. It is just a hoax, another red herring.

Thats fine with me, but to edit your post for accuracy purposes, I am sure you will agree that the words inconsistent, contradictory, and not on infrequent occasions, inaccurate needs to appended to your words. I am also guessing that I was inaccurate in my initial observation, and arrogance and male hen are words that you find favour with in ones self descriptive.

While I assume you would prefer not to be considered an arrogant male hen in your posting style, can I refer you to your post of a couple of days ago namely, "Not likely pineapple - it's just driven by supply and demand - some days even light volume moves share prices - nothing more to it".

So as a more appropriate and certainly more socially mature response to Pineapple1's observation above, do you see this particular trade as demand or supply driven. I am sure your thoughts would be considered most helpful.

These big sells at the bottom price of the last few days are suspect. 3 x 225k sells yesterday. Just seen a 105k sell at today's bottom. What's that all about do we think? An order being filled?

Nighmare scenario if no merger is on the cards maybe is on the cards rhume will be shut down. maybe Serica could offload this now in the same way BP did

Market cap approaching the same as Rockrose who,s share I hasten to add is currently up six per cent. Sounds like some sort of merger is on the cards inmo Evidently in Rockroses favour

high volume today, end of month fund balancing maybe, at least RRE is up significantly today for those of us holding both, I'm certainly going to sit this out as agree with alotto and believe it's just temporary

I topped up at 119 thinking it'd bounce from there; but then it made a really peculiar move below support... today's action is very odd. Mostly buys; loads of them yet a price drop. got no cash to top up again at the mo :(

They have done a placing previously at about 18p a few yrs ago.
I would not consider a placing dilution unless its to pay off debt.
A value enhancing acquisition....

serica prides its self on no dilution and no debt. unless there is a transformational deal coming i cant see a placing
