08/9/2018 20:19 | I wudnt bother listening to him. He has made up countless lies. Lied about the AGM, lied about a cooler being considered for Erskine, lied about Serica pushing the bypass, when the partners wanted to decomission... Lol Now he is lying that he knows exactly what is going on with OFAC. Its quite entertaining. | general george
08/9/2018 20:18 | chesty - so, to stay in El Señor Presidente's good books by denying the flow of Rhum revenue to Tehran, all Serica needs is for HM Gov to restrict IOC (UK)'s bank account against remitting to Tehran. Simple. | steelwatch
08/9/2018 20:05 | You're an exasperating, boring stuck record. We know what the risks are and we don't need you on here with your obvious agenda to attempt to scare people out of their holdings so that you can get in at a lower price at their expense. You have sat too long here for any good you have been doing. Depart, I say, and let us have done with you. In the name of God, go! | fardels bear
08/9/2018 19:59 | stop beating about the bush fardel tell him what you really think ! | arab3
08/9/2018 19:59 | Fardel Upto the point where you are very rude i wished you well, but i wont lower my self to your level , they always say the people in the bubble dont realise its a bubble , your bubble is that you think the Licence will happen. | chestnuts
08/9/2018 19:40 | Steelwatch You have hit the nail on the head, the UK government does not know what to do, I am hoping Iran and USA sort themselves out but until they do Rhum is stuck in the middle No Ofac Licence no deal. | chestnuts
08/9/2018 19:35 | Bloody phone I give up. | fardels bear
08/9/2018 19:34 | Don't want a Fatois do we? | fardels bear
08/9/2018 19:27 | Ah, but does the UK wish to have sanctions applied to itself chesty by incurring the wrath of El Señor Presidente? | steelwatch
08/9/2018 19:19 | GG But the uk are not applyng sanctions when you grasp this you will understand | chestnuts
08/9/2018 19:17 | Chesnuts, You have been shown time and time again to post utter tripe. 'The USA will not grant any waiver' They have done one for BP already...... | general george
08/9/2018 19:13 | Chesty ffs, give up whilst you're behind buddy! Or I'm taking you off the pizza celebration party list. I didn't want to have to make threats like that but.... | dunderheed
08/9/2018 18:58 | Almsivi But problem with your post is you are forgetting the europe and that includes UK are not applying sanctions so the USA will not grant any waiver, hence the extension, Now if the uk were applying sanctions then i think Rhum would have got its waiver by now. so non of the holding money in Escrow will apply but i am not a cynic or trying to mislead people but i am sorry your post below does ++++++I never like interrupt people when they are wrong, but the ESCROW account many people refer to was an exceptional case used to "undermine" the EU's own sanctions and get gas flowing again. OFAC operates differently in that it's allies are expected to sand-box money earned by OFAC-listed countries. In short, the IOC can be paid their share of money from Rhum directly into a UK bank account - but OFAC rules state that the UK canot permit IOC to transfer that money out of the country while sanctions are enforced. This is intended to allow sanctioned entities / people to meet their financial obligations in the countries where they reside / conduct business. in IOC's case, an example would be allowing it to pay for it's share of funding the R3 workover, pay its staff & its taxes. The same mechanism is used to permit the provision of humanitarian aid within sanctioned states using the US/EU financial system. I have to say chestnuts, your negativity on this board is astounding. I assume that you are no longer a holder of the stock but want to be, maybe if the price drops on fear of what you're peddling? The cynic in me says I really don't like that about you.++++++++ | chestnuts
08/9/2018 18:44 | When was that GG were you based in Sfax? | dunderheed
08/9/2018 18:43 | Yes. Shell probably going to operate now. RRS who took the dana share really well run little company with an excellent mgt team as well. | dunderheed
08/9/2018 18:40 | Tks, Almsivi. I was unsure of the history, and mistakenly fingered Shell. Doesnt surprise me its BG, having worked on Miskar/Hasdrabal in Tunisa. Yikes! Cheers GG | general george
08/9/2018 18:37 | Isn't Columbus development tied to Arran? | fardels bear
08/9/2018 18:29 | Yes Almvisi cheers for the inputs much appreciated but I don't agree, that candles theory seems to be the best idea to me. | dunderheed
08/9/2018 18:23 | Curiously, Zennor have, or are about to withdraw from the Arran Field development, following Dana out of the door.... | sawney
08/9/2018 18:18 | Great post almsivi, good to get an insight from someone with experience on the platform who has seen the offending pig launcher that's partial inactivity has been at the root of the wax build up causing all the trouble for Serica. Presumably there is no way that Serica would ever risk the same issue reoccuring with the new pipeline in place. | bountyhunter
08/9/2018 18:14 | Bless him chestnuts he tries his hardest. | robo175
08/9/2018 17:47 | Alonso, FFS. These phones are appalling. You know who I mean of course. | fardels bear
08/9/2018 17:46 | I knew I'd read BG were the villains of the piece when it came to pigging Erskine. It's my belief that the intrusion of the Walvis Ridge overheated the source kitchen in much of Namibia but my geology is from the early seventies and of course just wrong nowadays. Orogenies, FFS. Thanks Alonso I for your wise words and I agree with your opinion on our very own trollette. | fardels bear
08/9/2018 17:37 | almsivi your input on this bb is very much appreciate. | captainfatcat |
