Bought a few this morning - see how it goes. Although never good losing a contract, this one was a non-controlling interest one, which is not part of its consolidated P&L, but does impact on cash flow. All the indicators point to a buy.

Very negative sentiment at the moment but ....

increased guidance to £165m profit pa
reinstatement of dividend likely

I've again added this morning.

It's very undervalued in my view.

Serco is a global business - not just UK.

Government to renationalise AWE. Serco own a 24% share in it. Losing lucrative long term deals from next year..

Agree sentiment will change. And with governments spending like no tomorrow and maybe even a cheeky bid G4S style. Or even a merger. Add a divy and £2 plus is on the cards

Wilbur,

you are correct that much of the recent price fall was due to negative sentiment created by the likes of Mike Graham on Talk Radio.
To me though that created an excellent buying opportunity !

Investor's Champion: What we can’t understand is how relatively modest levels of net debt of £100m - £150m will result in finance costs of a whopping £27m.

Great update, however the catalyst for a sustainable rise will be the long awaited return of the divi!

This looks about a 10% increase in the current forecasts for the year. And a huge increase in cash generation which ought to make resinstating dividends after VAT deferrals have been repaid a relatively easy decision.

Current year PER of 14.6x and it feels that growth should continue in 2021.

Forthright defence of their involvement in Track & Trace which should give answers to some of the posters on this board.

Hi all,

My mate Peter @Conkers3 and myself did a ‘Twin Petes Investing’ Podcast a few days ago and part of our discussion includes SRP and our take on increasing need for effective IT in government. We also chatted about loads of other Stocks and some Ideas for research, and the outlook for Markets and as usual a fair bit of educational stuff with regards to Investing.

Anyway, if you use Apple, Audioboom, Overcast or Spotify you can find it under the 'Conkers Corner' Channel (you want TPI Podcast 33) and you can find it on Soundcloud at the link below.

I hope you enjoy it and find it useful,

Cheers, WD
