13/7/2021 12:21 | Rimau. SRP results are a standout though. Looks like the price is finally stirring | undervaluedassets
12/7/2021 07:58 | Sorry, i meant “in general” support services is a dog of a sector. | rimau1
05/7/2021 09:18 | Rimau, that is not true. The average pe over the years for SRP has been 21 (see advfn financial's page). And it has been as high as 34. So For a company that is currently growing, it is more than reasonably priced on a pe of 14. | undervaluedassets
05/7/2021 08:49 | The issue is that Serco is in support services. Highly unlikely to achieve a rating of 15-20x in this dog sector. Anyone can to name a peer that has or had a similar rating? | rimau1
02/7/2021 09:03 | ADVFN has the 3 year ePS growth rate annualised at 20% The 4 yr ePS growth rate annualised is 33% (source sharescope) Meanwhile PE ratio is 13. A correct valuation has the PE ratio roughly match the EPS growth rate. There is a mismatch here. Not saying the PE will jump to 33 But a pe of 20 looks doable. A medium term target of £2.15 then. | weemonkey
30/6/2021 08:12 | MM messing with price? | uhound
30/6/2021 07:57 | that update seems really positive | wilksey1
28/6/2021 09:35 | last 3 years have seen improving everything:- EPS,turnover, profits, cash, and balance sheet. There is even a divi now. And the news just keeps improving. The market will catch on in the end. There is a "common sense gap" here that will get filled. | undervaluedassets
28/6/2021 08:51 | It doesn't seem to matter how many contract awards they report, the share price remains underwhelmed! | salpara111
28/6/2021 08:33 | contract award | wynmck
21/6/2021 09:45 | Well, I have bought a few more. Poor share price action belies recent good results and news of contract win. I am going to take things at face value and conclude the this is just plain cheap now. | undervaluedassets
18/6/2021 10:58 | Rather confusing price action recently. Taken a stake this morning 134.5 lets see what the next 3 months bring! | salpara111

16/6/2021 14:29 | topped up pre the 30th trendline support @134/resis 147 | wynmck
16/6/2021 09:47 | Modern day market manipulation? Very muted response after contract win/guidance upgrade. Share buy backs having no effect either. Trouble is, I think of selling and the price explodes. Happens often to me! | uhound
16/6/2021 09:20 | I don't get why we are pushing down each day | mj19
14/6/2021 08:10 | The shareprice has not kept pace with events (good results essentially) over the last 2-3 years. Perhaps finally some recognition. | undervaluedassets
14/6/2021 07:41 | Good update. Growing proportion of profits in JVs which skews comparisons, but this year's EPS should be now around 10p, making this look great value compared to many others - GARP. | 18bt
14/6/2021 07:08 | Contract win VIVO plus Current trading and updated guidanceThe strong performance we saw at the beginning of the year has continued. All of our four divisions have traded in-line or ahead of their budgets in the first five months of the year. In the UK in particular, volumes on both our Testing and Tracing contracts have continued to be strong and we now think it likely that demand for these services will continue for longer in the second half than we previously anticipated. Accordingly, we are increasing our guidance for Underlying Trading Profit in 2021 by GBP15m, to around GBP200m. The VIVO contract will not have any material impact on our profits in 2021. | leadersoffice
