US 30 year bonds now a record low yield.

First time since 2008 financial crises UK yield curve has inverted.

It took around 50 years for the US$ to become the reserve currency from the GBP.

Therefore it will most probably be around 2050 until the Chinese Yuan finally takes over from the USD.

Hi Tightfist,

My apologies, had missed your post. I don't track implied recovery percentages - I'm afraid I must confess to not even knowing what that is I'm afraid to say!

Re. Palito build out; that's a good point. I'll go through the old RNS' when I have a chance and see the timeframe from initial blasting of the portal to first gold? That would seem (to me at least) to be a reasonable comparable. Of course, I dont know the comparable depth or distance of the Coringa orebody in comparison to Palito, but maybe something can be uncovered.

Hi PPVN,Dropping during the first hours on the morning of results seems to be the current norm? Have now gently filled my requirements - patience required. Please take a look at #3169.Cheers, tightfist

Don't worry. Gold about to go up as US opening way down. The little tweet reprieve doesn't save the world. 100p here this year.

Seems to me almost a repeat of the day it dived briefly under 50p then the large reported trade appeared at close.

We'll see. I'm surprised it dropped on the results; they seemed pretty solid.

Looks like they are getting premium pricing whilst working to fill those larger 16k orders (which seem to be reported promptly today) - then letting it settle back?

Yeah understand your point but I’d like to buy at my assessment of very good value and cannot buy any quantity ATM . IF there are so many sellers why can’t I buy . Just stinks to me . [edit] got some at 59p so happy enough now.

Kenny - things go way below and above their true value ranges. You need to be patient to take impatient peoples money. This is pumping money. NAV £71M, MCAP £34M. Hey I've got 2 quid for sale, going for 1 quid.

Yep, totally agree. Q3 will definitely be better, but no alluding to that in the report as it's a factually retrospective report. It's for us to predict moving forward.

I still think gold mined will be at the bottom end of SRB forecast of 40,000oz to 44,000oz.

Overall I thought it was an OK, a neutral set of results, not good and not bad either.

I agree they are solid results. Due to the POG moving up in mid June, none of the increase has been reflected (apart from costs associated with the revaluation of the Sprott options, which will have further to go...).

They should book a profit of at least $10mm this year I'd guess at this point - their market cap is £35mm. With the PEA, exploration, etc etc they are still incredibly undervalued imo.

Despite the move down, volume has actually been pretty light. I guess some fast money might be moving out, but also that whoever has been selling shares in recent days has an order parked with a broker hence the large-ish drop on small-ish volume. Only my tuppence.

All in all they are good results, any person or institution can use them as a solid investment case. Long term these can rise with that as a solid base and so much more to come. Maybe there is always a sell off after results, even good, I have seen it before but for srb the value is clear. A few pennies drop is a gift as it makes them even more of a bargain. And they are w bargain.
