Apple chaps, yes may have been conservative there.. I was concerned the options quoted may have meant we were hedged unfavourably.. thanks ppvn. That makes sense re the option, so that is more of an accounting check box than a real cost ( unless sprint exercise) Agree with all other comments, I was pleased with the results and also note that mike states that all permitting for Coringa is proceeding as planned...

I don't like statements regarding funding. They suggest a failure to raise funds put the whole parent business at risk of being an going concern

Not sure 7 million is correct average gold price 1297 so average H2 maybe approx 1450 So 150 x 20000 oz 3 million so at least 10 million

I personally think those results are pretty decent. AISC has crept up slightly but that's due to the ore sorter payment. Cash come in right on target.

They should make more than $7m this year btw; most of their profits should be made in H2 due to the POG increase.

The gold options commentary relates to the 6.5k oz call option @ $1,320 that was granted to Sprott - they thankfully expire in December.

Profit of 3.4m this year so far.. so heading for around 7m for the year, possibly more. Enough cash in the bank already for Coringa final payment... pea still on track for this month.. not sure what to make of the gold options commentary... guidance re re iterated at 40 to 44 thousand ounces... they are a steady operation and thats what I like.

Hi Sherry,Interesting. Suggest you contact MH with the technology info.; he seems to be open to thoughtfully deploying technology with an eye on adding-value: Ore Sorter (from the emerald industry?), aerial surveys, tailings scrubber?, underground mini-jumbos, are examples that immediately come to mind.Cheers, tightfistPS: Must go, expecting an RNS that needs my close attention......

Cinoib, interesting post re. a short being put on gold. I gather you mean Trump deciding to short gold to counter the de-dollarisation talk? Even if this is true, it should have little relevance to Serabi given how undervalued the share is, you’d be crazy to short this right now...

I’d like to think tomorrow’s statement will be exceptionally positive given the current gold fundamentals, as others have stated the forward looking statement is far more relevant that the financials. Let’s see what happens...

Sea levels have been rising for the past 10,000 years by 140ft.

10,000 years ago one could walk from Dover to Calais. 6,000 years ago the Channel Islands were still joined to France.

The Northern Hemisphere has been warmer for 700 years out of the past 2,000 years then it is now.

Waterloo, that must have been in your dreams as the last forcast I saw was for11 thousand million by 2050 and we are already at 8 thousand million. The African population is and will continue to explode, only western populations will decline and in some, already are. Anyone who thinks the world population isn't over cooked must have his head in the clouds as it is the b all and end all of all the world problems, global warming, deforestation, melting ice caps and rising sea levels or have you been asleep while all this has been happening.

PPVN - All very good points. I would like to see the drill program, commencing in Q3 on the Cinderella zone. I'm wondering if SRB execs have considered using directional core drilling technology. There are two immediate advantages to using this type of drilling technology.

The first being a reduction in time and costs over a standard drill program. A lot of base and precious miners have used directional core drilling.

The second advantage is the drill head has payload compartment for survey instruments. "Borehole surveys are an important part of DCD and are performed at frequent intervals to ensure the planned path and dogleg are achieved. Therefore a magnetic survey instrument and an orientation instrument are always included in the start package. If magnetic disturbance is expected, e.g. drilling in iron ore, a non-magnetic instrument can also be included. This should equivalent to doing a separate drilling down hole geophysics survey after the hole has been drilled.

Some experience cases are at the end of the PDF file.

What's everyone expecting from these results?

My personal hope is that the AISC can hit around the $1,015 mark, revenue of around $13mm as well as some sort of update with regard to how the commissioning of the ore sorter is going. And a timetable for drilling the anomalies / cindarella would be great.

Due to the large inventory carried over from q4 2018 to q1 this year, revenues are more than likely to be lower than q1. That being said, if they manage to maintain the AISC in the low 1,000's it will confirm that in q3 the AISC should be sub $900.

Going short gold at the moment is massively high risk. Reports tonight of Chinese army preparing to go into Hong Kong. For me gold is cheap at these levels, not expensive. But there are a lot of baby boomers pulling the strings in these old investment houses and I don't think they really understand the power of the qe train coming down the tracks.

Very OT and Malthusian. Recent data has actually shown that the WW population is stabilising and as wealth trickles down, is as likely to decline from a peak not much North of here.

Results: Unless something has leaked that's negative, the results should reflect the production report which looked pretty good.

Not large enough to explain the 10% drop from the high yesterday... The fall from 68.5 bid to 59 bid today was even more extreme! Small free float accentuating the drops or mm’s fishing for cheap shares - take your pick.

We will end up with around a million shares traded by the looks of things. Frustrating that we cannot crack 70p currently but that is just a short term issue. The big positive is the volume here is slowly arriving which is only good and we are getting noticed by more and more people.

Only a recent investor but re read the production results and would expect the results to be good so have doubled my initial stake.

Tomorrow will tell if that's a wise move or not.
