Hold for sure. Re-rate is definitely possible any time out the blue based on the cash this is generating. PEA obvious trigger but could happen out the blue or after news report or anything. Is is great value and that always gets addressed eventually.

Comfortable hold here for me . PEA was expected and probably built into expectation by shorts so they have ended up disappointed . Another couple of months to wait it seems so can live with that . Seems to be a consensus that the share price needs this to really improve .

As MH said a very pleasing performance.

Coringa now the focus - full steam aheaD with the PEA.

Great cash flow (as would be expected) Means Coringa doable without dilution. Let’s wait for this to sink in when PEA comes out.

Still very very cheap and I expect to become cheaper before the PEA. Notwithstanding pog.

Very pleasing indeed.

I expect folk want to see the PEA; MH is generally very credible with his commitments IMO. Or maybe Garraway (or Anker?) are just being opportunistic and off loading a few more.......

Yep - consolidation of 7% is good after the expected news. Everything priced in for the report but definitely not the future.

74tons It came from a very informed source on another board, I do not and never have shorted anything, if a stock is good I buy it, if not I leave it alone
Littlepuppi7, Sell the news is normal, no doubt it will recover as gold just went back over $1500. I sold 1/2 the other day expecting this.

Some impatient people will have bailed but probably long termers will take an interest.

Few people wanting more excitement. This is still very very cheap but no excitement til PEA and then fund raising. If U$6M short, worst case is 10% dilution. Way below NAV still.

Quite downbeat commentary from company .... refreshing ! The know where they are going IMO . Cash generation is OK and will increase substantially H2 with hugely increased margin / profit which can only be enhanced if they managed the higher end of production guidance and achieve over 10k per quarter . Bringing the next project into production is the next huge step up for h3 company and it looks like no real financing will be needed i.e. self funding form profits . Very solid RNS in my view .

Hi PPVN,I'll take some time and look a little deeper - on the face of it with weakness of BRL and Tailings contribution I was looking for something lower - but P&E expense won't be helping.... Ore Sorter must surely make a useful impact by Q1 next year..Do you track implied Recovery percentage trend?.I guess they must be close to generating sufficient cash to organically fund Coringa start-up IF PoG remains at $1,500. It seems like a carbon-copy of Palito but with dry stacking; do you by chance have the start-up timeline of Palito activities? (so we can consider overall cash flow).Cheers, tightfist

Self funding of Coringa was never expected to be possible. With POG prices now it's a realistic dream not to fail shouldn't be deemed a negative. How short will they be? Say 50% short, they can roll over 50% or very easily raise finance as the NAV is over US$70M. I think they could have been more gunho, which is perfectly fine if c/w all the regular disclaimers.

I am 100 percent sure these results support the case for a much higher share price. And so much more news to come on the exploration side and pea.. hopefully this is going to provide the base that lets us now press on towards 100p.. for starters.

Hey tightfist,

I too thought that (costs).

If you look at the POG they received though it seems most of their gold sales in q2 occurred in April / May. The POG in Real hadn't shot up until June (and has since risen a further 20%) so I'm guessing they have a fair bit of inventory left to sell that'll be reflected in the q3 numbers. That should help bring their costs right down.

Yes, it's bullet 5 of the Op and Dev Highlights - but not repeated below. They have tried to reassure us of "steady progress" on permits and licensing.

All-in-all pretty encouraging. First impressions are that costs remain stubbornly high - I suppose tailings production contribution at low cash-cost is only around 10% of production..Operating cashflow confirmed at around a million a month and margin over AISC has increased around 100% with today's spot PoG! .Cheers, tightfist

Is the PEA further delayed or are they referring to the original delay?

Wow. Some of the key figures quite impressive especially given the average price of gold achieved compared to today’s spot. The eps half yoy from (1.1) to plus 2.92 represents a major step forward. Production level bit disappointing but let’s hope they are holding some inventory back to take advantage of the higher PoZ. If The Q3 and more importantly H2 results continue this trend and the PEA is positive then I think we must move into a whole different league and price range. Interested to see share price moves today in terms of how much of the good news is already factored in
