Today, every time I look at the price of gold in local BRLs it is up another 10 BRLS, now up 131 BRLs just today.

Can you believe it, there is a good likelihood that the Portuguese 10 year bond will go negative at the end of this week or early next week and even the Greek 10 year bond it now only paying 1.99%.

Everyone is doing the same.

Just wait until money market funds move south of 2% in the US - we shouldn't have to wait that long. It's been a few years since gold has moved $100+ in a day, but I suspect we will be seeing those types of move again.

Even discounting Coringa, the anomalies and the cindarella shear - our market cap is just £37.7mm.

Palito and Sao Chico are producing around 40-44k oz on their own without the positive impact the ore sorter is expected to bring - at the current AISC thats around $20mm per annum based on aisc of $1,000 and gold at $1,500.

When the ore sorter goes live it should up production to around 50k oz, and Coringa should bring them to within a stone's throw of 100k oz per annum.

They have over $12m cash on hand - yet still £37mm market cap.
