What is the 'target share price'?
"These Ordinary Shares will be issued at nil cost in five equal tranches commencing on 30 June 2020 and annually thereafter (the "Performance Date"), with each issue conditional on the satisfaction of key conditions including target share price performance prior to each Performance Date."

People have commented before on the lack of PM putting his hand in his pocket to become a shareholder, but I feel that conceivably his is unable as being in charge of Fleet turn-around he has inside information and therefore prohibited from purchasing. I welcome todays news.

Just stop winding PI's up with news expected "shortly" it does nothing to inspire confidence.

Maserati owned by FCA (A SEE customer)

MaseratiToday 18:01

I hope this is SEE!

'Finally, Maserati mentioned that Quattroporte, Levante and Ghibli will all continue on with some updates. Expect mild facelifts and powertrain updates to them over the next couple of years, rather than a major redesign. Maserati will also be developing more advanced driver assist systems, including a system similar in scope to Cadillac Super Cruise that will allow hands-free highway driving and lane changes.'

Agreed as our share price would have surely been marked down if a market sale of 14.5 million went through.Interesting times,at last & I am sure we will all be happier to see a sustained & supportable ( by newsflow) increase in our SP

I genuinely hope that this company has indeed "turned the corner" having seen several false dawns and suffered an unhealthy churn of senior management. Many people posting on this site are clearly fully bought into the more positive statements made by the chief executive (I have no reason to question them) but really positive RNS's regarding substantial contract wins are few and far between and whilst LO have been acquiring stock-lots of people keep dumping it too-see a sale of 15,500,000 just this morning.

Actually, according to Zak we’re bang on the key price right now...4.58p.... if you believe in all that stuff.

What does normally happens is an increase in buying as the threshold is breached...

More importantly - the fundamentals for a rise look good. The company is fully financed for 3 years and has 3-4 big bits of news to be released by year end. That’s excluding any smaller fleet deals we keep finding out about.

If PM can generate some II interest this week then the run up to capital market day should be interesting.

Personally, I think they could get away with some director buys... the closed period can not be active all the time while waiting for contract news, otherwise it would be permanently closed.....!

6p by end of Sep looking unlikely....but 5p do-able

I appreciate that relatively short term investors may be tempted to Bank a short term 50% profit ,but for any investors with a longer term perspective I do not understand why they would sell right now ,as we appear to be breaking out of a narrow trading range & a number if commentators & our brokers are projecting a higher share price Positive newsflow is expected over the coming weeks & the Capital Markets day on 6/11 & AGM towards the end of that month gives opportunity for PM to update, hopefully positively,on progress being made & we should hope for more positive contract news by then too .Reasons to be cheerful ?

The Zak thing is interesting - confirmed what I said earlier that we need to see the back of 4.5p soon to continue the uptrend. Ideally this would be tomorrow/Friday, otherwise we could be back down a bit....

T777 I would just run over the research again as there is almost no doubt this will enter double figures at the very least perhaps even by year end (with the right bews releases). Companies like this cannot make statements like they have this week and it be untruths. The accounts tell part of the truth that you can rely on and also show the accelerated growth. Future turnover predictions are not excessive and shoud easily be attainable and IMO rather cautious as they have been in the past. The concerns over supply problems, and that massive dilution should be behind SEE so there does not leave too much to be concerned about.

If you think otherwise I'd like to hear your thoughts and I for one would welcome negative implications to help sober us all up a bit.

Paul is beating the drum well & I would expect the next RNS will detail a deserved share award ( as he currently holds no shares) which I hope will include a decent performance related % in order to reward him for future milestones achieved.
