25/12/2019 12:20 | PR100, Ho Ho Ho , I see you are getting into the Christmas spirit , lol , "Tosh" is it , lol Yet again you offer nothing to back up your claims , quite clearly you have nothing or you would take great pleasure in rubbing it in but your not , lol. Much as I love correcting you and laughing my sides off at you I will have to stop soon as my sides are starting to hurt from laughing so much . Thing is old chap the Flemings had their own RNS , Ho Ho Ho Think about that Old Chap Thing is PR100 I know a hell of a lot of Scotgold shareholders and who exercised what and when and that tells me your so called exercised options are indeed CORGI PR100 the gift that just keeps on giving | vfb1888
25/12/2019 11:42 | PR100, Can you back up your Claim ( "which is up to 20ft deep" ) with any evidence or have you just plucked that figure from the same place as your other wrong information posts ? Have you been on site recently ? Have you been on site at all ? Have you spoken with the contractors ? Have you spoken with anyone in slightest bit to do with this project ? I confidently predict that answer is a big no ! I have visited the site on multiple occasions and have spoken with almost everyone on site. Not once have I heard or seen anything anywhere near 20ft deep peat so I put it to you that yet again you have just made this figure up. Have a look for yourself old chap and then you will know why I laugh so much at your posts | vfb1888
25/12/2019 11:20 | Tosh, my wee man. Scotgold hasn't been reporting exercised options in real time. And Barker would have received the notification long before the RNS appeared - as was the case with my own notification, and doubtless yours too. | pr100
25/12/2019 10:45 | PR100 , I have noticed that you are wrong yet again ! Yet more nonsense from you which you can't back up and simply make up. The main volume of the the options came from the Flemings and that was on the 23rd of December and the update was on the 16th of December Total options issued from the rights issue, 2,125,149 Total options exercised by the Flemings 1,744,657 So PR100 , 82% of the options were exercised after the update How can you be wrong on so many occasions ? I wonder not ! | vfb1888
25/12/2019 09:55 | How do you lift and store peat which is up to 20ft deep without wrecking the place with heavy plant? Explain the process. How long will it take and how much will it cost? This is obviously the rationale for the next fund raise, and probably the one after that. But it should have been factored in from the start by anyone who knew what they were doing. Did you notice how they delayed the news until the options money had been sent? By the sound of the RNS, they knew about it - and knew that production would have to be delayed - many weeks ago. But announcing it in a timely manner could have reduced the options uptake. | pr100
25/12/2019 09:30 | PR100, Ho Ho Ho As you clearly choose not to answer questions put to you I will do it for you, so you can save face what with it being Christmas and all : Q, How many juniors make it to production ? Scotgold will A, Not many at all, most fail and some are even life styles for the BOD. Q, How many Junior miners have significant BOD shareholders as big as Scotgold do ? A, Not many if any Q, Do you think we should just bulldoze away and care not for the environment ? A, Clearly the answer is a big no , we must do our utmost to preserve this going forward , after all Cononish is open at depth and to the west and recent studies have suggest it is all around with Multiple mines possible just in the surrounding area. Q, Given all you recent and continuous ramblings of placings do you not think it would have made you a little less silly looking if you had just thought and read up on the company, You know what happens when you speed read ? A, Obviously you should have, I mean Fleming hell old chap it was blatantly obvious that the Flemings were going to jump in with £700,000. I mean they could well end up having a Gold mine on there land as it is under our " Licence " area , maybe even two or three. | vfb1888
25/12/2019 09:08 | PR100, Just in case you haven't noticed watering in Scotland isn't the issue ! lol Ho Ho Ho , you are funny | vfb1888
25/12/2019 09:04 | PR100 , Merry Christmas. These issues have been resolved and we move on. Talk me through what appears to be your made up nonsense | vfb1888
25/12/2019 00:52 | Not too keen on discussing the peat problem then, wee Graham? Apparently, the stuff covers the entire site and it all has to be carefully and expensively moved, stored, regularly watered and cosseted like a baby. And the hapless Gray has only just discovered that it's up to 20ft deep. You couldn't make it up. Buckle up and brace for impact because the peat story will run and run. No wonder they aren't budgeting more than 50k for exploration in 2020. Their cash is disappearing into a bog. | pr100
24/12/2019 21:00 | PR100, why do you not answer any questions put to you ? Is it because you can't prove anything that you claim and what you post is in fact just made up nonsense ? | vfb1888
24/12/2019 20:55 | PR100, Further proof you don't know what day it is: Ho Ho Ho "so that you can be reassured that there's enough compacted topsoil to put the buildings on, drive the heavy plant on - and carry the processing plant on; otherwise everything will sink." Building on compacted top soil , lol, Fleming hell mate You are really funny | vfb1888
24/12/2019 20:50 | PR100, I will take your non reply to your choice of replacement CEO for the guy that allegedly made you 300% for a guy that has destroyed his company's value and has committed to a massive incoming dilution as just you not knowing anything and making school boy errors of judgement. I mean Fleming hell how bad a call is that 4p to 1.4p and it gets worse a 15% loan that comes with a 25% conversion discount which could mean 25% of the company gone forever . What idiot would recommend that guy ? Well that be you old Chap ! | vfb1888
24/12/2019 20:42 | PR100 , I will take your non reply on your 300% profit as conformation that you just made it up to try and gain some credibility . To ignore is to accept , Ho Ho Ho . | vfb1888
24/12/2019 18:24 | Maybe ask the hapless Gray or the local ecologists for a map of the peat bog area so that you can be reassured that there's enough compacted topsoil to put the buildings on, drive the heavy plant on - and carry the processing plant on; otherwise everything will sink. It sounds like the problem from Hell. And Gray's ignorance of he extent of the peat before the project was planned and costed is another sign of his incompetence. What will it take for NLR to finally get rid of him and appoint someone who has a clue? | pr100
24/12/2019 17:25 | PR100, Can you explain your 300% profit please. I have asked you many a time to explain this as I believe your simply making it up to gain some credibility which I can understand given your dire predictions ! The Fleming's ehh who would have thought it ehh , most people but apparently not you or was that just because it didn't fit with your predictions , lol . ANYWAY , back to your claims of 300% profit and enough for a Bentley was it ? Now the RI was at 25p and there was a brief drop below that but not much volume and I did a shylock on them cheap babies and hoovered them all up , yes you might have got a few but nothing of any volume unless we're talking CORGI size. So that leaves you with just the 25P Rights Issue shares. So even if all your shares were bought at 25p you couldn't possibly have made a 300% profit adding to that in order to qualify to buy in the Rights Issue you must have been a shareholder which would have been at a higher price than 25p ! So your claim has zero credibility and is simply not possible I fail to see how you can claim a 300% profit and put to you that you are simply making it up. You could always prove me wrong but then again it's Christmas and not April Fools . Ho Ho Ho | vfb1888
24/12/2019 16:43 | PR100 Since you recommended replacing Richard Gray with Roland Phelps, LOL : You have declared a 300% profit under Richard Gray's leadership, well that is according to you which doesn't carry much clout here ! Ho Ho Ho Roland Phelps on the other hand has devastated his company's value from 4p to 1.4p Roland got A £1m rescue package at 15% pa plus a 25% conversion discount , what would that be old chap 25% of the company ? Now old Chap you'll have to forgive me and all the others if we laugh at you , I know you know I find you funny but that is one of your best , not your greatest though , lol Now while your Fleming at the mouth about what a fool you have made of yourself for all to see and remember just think of this old Chap ! I won't let anyone forget about that one or all your other Christmas Crackers that I and others can quote you on Ho Ho Ho Merry Christmas PS : If anyone is in any doubt read over PR100's posts PS : PR100 I have a screen shot of them all available for everyone | vfb1888
24/12/2019 16:11 | Merry Christmas to everyone even the old Chap , man that made a 300% profit, lol Careful you don't choke on your turkey Old Chap we wouldn't want you Fleming at the mouth ! Ho Ho Ho | vfb1888
23/12/2019 17:41 | James Bond linked investor ploughs £700,000 into Scotgold | steelwatch
19/12/2019 23:50 | glenalmond, I counter you my friend ! | vfb1888
19/12/2019 09:35 | Oops , sorry old chap did I hit a nerve there? Your Fleming at the mouth | vfb1888
19/12/2019 09:11 | This is an e-mail reply from LSE "Based on what you’ve said the company would no doubt take a rather dim view on the content posted if they feel the same way you do. If and when they get in contact we’ll take the appropriate action based on the information we’re provided." "AND" then shylock was gone. Anyway Old Chap No time to Die busy busy got to go. | vfb1888
