Oh, we know. You splash it all over the papers - as you think it makes you look big.

But your posting history proves the opposite. People don't come any smaller than you.

I too own a lot of shares, and have done for years. Not that I crow about it. How could anyone be proud of buying loads of shares while the share price continued to sink like a stone?

Trouble is, although you and I might hope that buying lots more shares at 25p will safeguard our investment, history proves otherwise. A year or whenever down the line, if you haven't sold, you will doubtless have to do it all again - at 20p, 10p or much lower following the next consolidation.

You imagine that your chum Gray tells you everything but he only tells you enough to keep you onside. And he obviously hasn't told you about NLR's plan to delist (imho).

What you lack is objectivity - as well as knowledge, experience, maturity, intellect, class and height. I can only assume that you acquired your spending money via an inheritance or by some unfortunate insurance payout because I can't believe you have the ability to earn it.

Btw, why haven't you paid off your mortgages?

Good girl.....d'you want me to throw it again...???

Unlike you I don't deal in fabrications. You KNOW I know who you are, what you do/did and where.
It's hilarious watching you having to desperately try and cover your tracks.....

I smile continuously as I type, knowing that you can't but help replying with evermore ludicrous and increasingly venomous diatribe....!!!

Hurting much....??? PMSL

Off you trot, there's a good chap(man).....

Simon, Simon. Simple, simple Simon.....deary deary me....!!!
If you're going to be any good at this game, you're going to have to keep up with the facts (whenever did facts ever have anything to do with your lies and inane drivel...???)...!!!
Due to my ex-employers complete and utter failure to adhere to HSE rules and regulations with regards to manual handling, and my subsequent injury and requirement for corrective spinal surgery, I know longer have to work for an 'hourly wage'.
I employed a highly respected and competent lawyer (so that rules you out ...!!!) to invite my ex-employer to join us in a courtroom to discuss their failings. Unfortunately I didn't get to have my day in court, but on the flip side, my legal representatives secured a not insubstantial amount of compensation outwith the judicial system. They didn't quite receive a five figure fee for their services, but it was close enough, so....... :-))))
You of course know all about out of court settlements, eh...??? NOTW and all that legal skulduggery associated with it....!!!

You need to think bigger son. There are no limits bar the ones you place in your mind....!!!

Would you like me to pop in next time I'm passing en-route to Lower Earley, and advise your seemingly limited gardener...???

Anyway, back to the job in hand.....

STICK.......FETCH....!!!

So did you max out on the last two fundraisings or does the hourly wage not stretch to it? Never mind, you own a lot less of something that's now worth a lot more - if only our hapless team knew how to get the gold out… which judging by the BPT, they don't.

My gardener knows his limits, unlike you.

Ooooh, touched a nerve did I? You muppets should stick to what you know, like poa anna, fescues and Bonio. If you do somehow know any people in the City, ask them what a liability our BoD is when it comes to rating Scotgold as an investment. They needed a CEO with a City of London track record.

This fundraising was the biggest, dampest squib yet. Will SGZ ever get back to its pathetically low pre-consolidation level? Answer: not unless people buy the shares, and hardly anyone is. A fully funded Cononish gold mine is apparently almost as unappealing as an unfunded one.

But be warned… In the (extremely unlikely) event that Gray has got it right and the project is now fully funded - and will become self-funding for phase 2 - they don't need a public listing any more. When the delisting happens, I advise you to certificate your shares so that the company knows where to send its newsletters and annual reports. And your dividends of course …ROFL!

Interestingly, I was talking about Scotgold the other day (post-planning, pre-funding) to an ex big bank PMs guy, now running his own mining/PMs consultancy. His view was 'nice project, really small though, probably one for a couple of HNW PIs to roll the dice on'.

And he was absolutely right. Fortunately those PIs didn't include some motley crew with Enron and News UK on their CVs. Time for the miner Richard Gray to do some mining, alongside a bit more exploration.

He he...... one little whistle and you're brought to heel swiftly....good girl....!!!

You corporate lawyers are clearly smarting from your failed attempts to have your clients force themselves upon SGZ..... hope you didn't spend that bonus without ensuring it was achievable....ROFL as per usual at your incompetence....

p.s. At some point, ALL great CEO's, Directors...etc had 'zero track record of running a listed company'.....

p.p.s. It's MR Gray to you......don't let your bitterness at your failure spill out into your pointless lies and witterings.....

Have a lovely day, and no you can't have another biscuit if you roll over and give me a paw....lol

Gray has zero track record of running a listed company (in fact he had never been a director of any company prior to being plucked from obscurity by Scotgold). So there wasn't an iceberg in Hell's chance that any II would entrust their cash to him.

Worse, everything he has touched has gone wrong or failed to meet expectations. He is inexperienced, hapless and opaque. Without him, imho Scotgold would have done far better by now. Any fool can take the chairman's loans and rustle up some cash from dim PIs. And any CEO could have secured PP from a very cooperative planning authority.

Anyone who believes that this project will proceed as envisaged by the hapless Gray obviously hasn't followed the story. If you want the share price to rise and IIs to take interest, the simple solution would be to turf Gray out and bring in a decent player.

You gardeners, greenkeepers, OAPs, panhandlers and loft converters are clearly suffering from brown nose syndrome and/or (invisible) gold fever. Talk to people in the City and find out why none of the IIs has taken the bait because you won't get the answer from your pal, Gray.

Oh my sides.....shylock, you're going to have to stop your fairy stories, or I'm going to do myself a serious abdominal injury.....!!!

'While our(?) hapless and useless CEO remains in office.....'

You mean the one that has guided us from being a long way away from being in the position to start construction for commercial production, to where we are now, which is FULLY FUNDED to construct a highly profitable and low production cost (one of the planets lowest cost) commercial gold mine...??? The first of how many though....??
The CEO that showed you and your 'white knights' the door when offered a derisory and PI obliterating 'generous'(?) funding offer.....??? Guess that explains your focused, but sadly doomed campaign to attempt to tarnish Richard Gray's reputation and obvious competence as the man to push SGZ (without you and your mates at the trough) to production....???

While our hapless and utterly useless pet snake remains around here like a bad smell, I will continue to run the risk of either hurting my abdominal muscles or having an accident in my underwear.....ROFL at shylock as always....!!!

Onwards and upwards genuine holders.....

lurker5, over the past few fundraisings any individual, and any institution, could have acquired a notifiable shareholding. Many institutions could not have done so because of their thresholds but there are nonetheless a number of IIs who do invest in small cap illiquid stocks if they can see value. The apparent fact that none did see value - or even if they did, wouldn't touch our management team with a bargepole - speaks volumes.

And Scotgold have always been targeting institutions so they obviously were optimistic/deluded. The BPT came about primarily to demonstrate to IIs that the project was investable. But it failed woefully to do so. Nothing in the results of the BPT indicated that this was a viable project - which is why so many of the key data points were omitted from the RNS's.

That just leaves us mug punters - including some with deep pockets but shallow brains.

pr 100. I think you miss various points. eg Why would any institution want to invest in a share with such a tiny free float ? They wouldn't get a holding worth bothering about. This is always going to be a pi only share. As such it looks to me worth following now (I blogged avoiding it three years ago) But there'll still be the hurdle ensuring phase 1 goes ok before its totally safe.
