Were you bullied at school, wee Graham? Would that explain the wannabe keyboard bully you grew up to be? And why do you tell the papers when you splash the cash? Look at me now?

Whatever, you're one sad individual. I don't care about the nonsense you invent to spread around an inconsequential virtual BB but when you manage to convince our hapless CEO that you know what you are talking about then all you achieve is getting him into trouble. Not that any proper CEO would ever have listened to you without hard evidence.

And where is that hard evidence, wee man? Where is the proof that I'm getting bonuses from somewhere? Where is the proof that I'm not a shareholder? Where is the proof that I'm some media lawyer? Where is it, wee Graham?

You won't answer because you and I both know that you don't have any. You just made all that stuff up. And now you have gone and shot yourself in the foot by persuading your hapless mate that it's true.

Well, I doubt he will be your mate much longer, now that you have set him up for a fall. Do you understand, wee man? You have made him look stupid. And I have made sure that all his colleagues know how stupid you have made him look…albeit, it's his own fault for trusting a twisted little twerp with no evidence whatsoever to back up his falsified claims.

I'm looking forward to seeing how this plays out. It would be good to see the back of either one of you but a nice bonus to get rid of you both.

It looks like perennially paranoid, dreadfully deluded and woefully wrong wee Graham has been feeding false/imagined information to our hapless CEO who has ill-advisedly swallowed it and, as a consequence, has made a complete fool of himself again.

Can't say I'm surprised. But truth will out.

And hopefully, the gullible, governance-challenged Gray will finally have to go.

There are some high profile examples of planning committees voting against their chief's recommendation so I hope that neither you nor our incompetent CEO think it's a done deal.

And even if Gray has made that imprudent judgement, he still had a duty to shareholders to activate the previous planning permission instead of allowing it to lapse.

In the hopefully unlikely event that PP is refused next week, Scotgold are now dead in the water, facing a year or more of Cononish inertia and cash burn while a revised planning application is cobbled together. Shareholders would then be reminiscing nostalgically about the good old days when the share price was flying high at 25p.

A good objective review of the LLTNPA’s documents. Using my experiences of its sister organisation – CNPA – the Planning Committee members rarely, if ever, go against the Planning Officers’ recommendations. In fact, the whole behaviours of the CNPA Planning Committee is to even avoid a vote at Committee and try to pass the Planing Officers’ recommendations unanimously.
It would be worthwhile comparing the statistics on these two National Park Planing Committees to find out in what percentage of applications the Committee goes against the Planing Officers’ recommendations and what percentage of applications even go to a split vote.
My comments are not trying to measure the quality of the Planing Officers’ work in getting the application to Committee, but I believe such statistics are a measure of how critically Committee Members read the supporting documents and how independent they are of the Planning Officers.

NO PLAN B IF PP REFUSED

Shock! Horror! Planning permission for the previously approved mine expired on 6 February so it is no longer the case that, in the event that next week's application is refused, Scotgold can continue to develop the project under the previous permission.

So after raising the RI cash, why on earth did Gray not commence site preparation (as he originally announced) so as to activate the previous permission? What kind of CEO allows this approval to expire and thereby expose shareholders to an unacceptable degree of risk?

That would be the incompetent variety who shouldn't be trusted to run a public company.

Looks like money talks if you believe the tone of this upbeat article… …reads as though Nat le Roux the major investor has been led to understand that the planning permission is a formality, and so starting prep work beforehand is low risk. According to The Times “a former stockbroker, Le Roux, 51, was chief executive of IG Group, the City-based spread betting operation”. He remains an independent director of The London Metal Exchange. Looks like a vanity project for one of the richest individuals in the UK – wonder what he thinks about this destruction of the local environment?

He he....

I for one am thoroughly looking forward to what's 'coming to you'.

PP obtained and onwards with mine No:1 (Cononish).

Don't think it'll be too long before mine No:1 finances No:2.....

Yep, we thoroughly deserve our rewards from our long and often frustrating journey...

Don't forget to wash your dummy before you ram it back in Simon.....!!!

Maybe that "wiggle wiggle" song will cheer him up?

You useless, time-wasting idiots deserve everything that's coming to you.

And it looks like you have scared off the handful of buyers who showed up yesterday.

Or maybe they worked out what another £7m of dilution could do to their shiny new investment.

Hello Simon.....

I'm fairly certain that any 'lurkers' will be VERY interested in why you incessantly attempt to misinform, misdirect and downright LIE about Scotgold....???

Almost certain they'll be keen to know your dodgy history......will certainly help them come to the correct conclusions with regard to your obvious, albeit doomed agenda.....

Perhaps some FACTS about you will intrigue and definitely entertain them....

Shall we....???

Hope you haven't spent your bonus yet..... lol lol lol

Instead of boring every lurker rigid with your misguided and irrelevant nonsense, how about you have a go at countering the pws arguments? Remember there could be new lurkers after the publicity, hoping to read something useful about this stock - or do you want to drive them away with your cackling inanities?
