06/6/2018 19:25 | Give it a break Shylock. You have been outed. Now foydc, there's a good girl :) | glenalmond
03/6/2018 22:57 | Hi Shylock, lol "AND" yet you keep buying through your various accounts , lol Goodnight Mr Numpty PS: £10,000.00 per employee, lol | vfb1888
31/5/2018 13:22 | Incidentally, apart from NLR who bought plenty more in the 18 May placing/subscription In fact the holdings of the directors, other than the chairman, don't exactly inspire confidence with Gray owning 0.36% (including 1m cheap options - borrowed? - from NLR), Sangster owning 0.76% and CFO Swan owning a token 0.07%. Sangster's holding has halved from 1.48% in 2015 to 0.76% now, with him acquiring only 20,000 of his RI entitlement shares. You would think that if this mine were going to produce its nameplate gold then the directors would be shoring up and increasing their slice of the pie. NLR has done that of course but arguably he was already in so deep that he had no alternative. Without his new money, it looks like the mine would not have been funded - and possibly the company would have folded. | pr100
29/5/2018 08:24 | Hyper Al, you seem to be ignoring/dismissing their clear policy statement quoted in my #3412. But you never know: perhaps a grant was informally agreed before SGZ got full funding. Time will tell. | pr100
28/5/2018 10:11 | Hi Shylock, You are in your own little world of self importance, hope it works out for you. Not long until we all have that drink on you ! Bye for now | vfb1888
28/5/2018 09:56 | Do you understand what you're talking about? Do you know the difference between a shortfall and an excess facility? Underwritten issues do not preclude an excess facility. In the November RI, I took advantage of the excess facility to buy considerably more shares than my entitlement. So what? And you seem overjoyed about having done something similar. So what? Let's hope you and I don't lose the lot…especially you since you have mortgages to pay. Best hedge against that possibility would be to hire a good CEO and get rid of the hapless Gray. | pr100
28/5/2018 09:37 | Hi Shylock ,lol For the king of the doom and gloom you do like to buy these awful shares through your various accounts, lol Talk me through the shortfall on a fully underwritten Rights Issue , no fool like an old fool. Thanks for helping me accumulate so many, without you I probably would have a lot less, you are a star | vfb1888
28/5/2018 00:42 | You're still not getting it. If the Scottish Enterprise website quote turns out to be wrong then that is something to take up with them, not me. It wasn't my policy nor my opinion. I merely point things out - whereupon you and your Jack Russell chums start snapping at my ankles…because you don't want to know about any negatives (or don't want anyone else to know). If you were better trained you wouldn't make yourself look such a pathetic, predictable and incompetent ramper. | pr100
27/5/2018 18:26 | Oh Shylock, lol I was only referring to your abysmal record on here of getting everything wrong. Have a lovely bank holiday old chap. Dilly Dilly lol | vfb1888
27/5/2018 15:34 | Wee man, it's the Scottish Enterprise website which casts the doubt. But then I don't suppose you bothered to read it. Why deal in facts when you can shoot the messenger instead? Plonker. | pr100
27/5/2018 10:33 | Good morning Shylock, If you are casting doubt over the Grant then it's as good as Banked given your track record on here. | vfb1888
25/5/2018 11:18 | Aye, but I wouldn't get your hopes up: "You will be required to show that your project needs RSA to proceed. If you are already committed to undertaking the project or if we think the project would proceed anyway, RSA will not be offered." | pr100
24/5/2018 16:43 | Oh Shylock , lol😂😂 Of all the made up nonsense you have posted this is right up there , “If you can’t communicate honestly and honourably,I suggest you zip it “ Awesome you old star you !lol 😂😂 Stay away from the mirror when posting old boy | vfb1888
24/5/2018 16:29 | So Richard Harris elected not to protect his 875,000 SGZ shares by buying more at bargain prices in the recent fundraisings. Funny that. Maybe he's just short of cash - like most minority shareholders in Scotgold. Maybe wee Graham could have told him how to pre-flip some of his holding to free up some cash for the cheapies. | pr100
24/5/2018 16:22 | No surprise at all but you've got it wrong again. The FCA has never intervened about me or on my account. You're just making stuff up, which is as good as your "research" gets. The more ludicrous inventions you post as "facts", the more desperate, infantile and stupid you look. I realise there's no point in demanding you show proof of your inventions, because there is none. If you can't communicate honestly and honourably, I suggest you zip it. | pr100
24/5/2018 15:21 | Given that I own plenty of SGZ shares, what exactly do you imagine I get offered a bonus for? Does your brain hurt when you try to think logically? You sad sacks have always made up the "facts" to suit your own agenda - without any proof of my shareholding, alleged bonus, job, motive, etc. The real world doesn't interest you if it doesn't suit your agenda - and that could cost you very dear. I suggest you stick to gardening, golf and panhandling - and leave the rest to people who see things as they are. | pr100
24/5/2018 14:55 | Bonus....smoke...get my drift....PMSL | coliwobbles
24/5/2018 14:49 | Apart from the pathetic SP, why would I be hurting when I own plenty of these puppies? How about you? | pr100
24/5/2018 14:46 | Something wrong with your research? No surprise there. I paid off my £350k mortgage a while back. That's the beauty of good investments, if you get my drift. With luck, if not with Scotgold, you'll get there one day, wee man. | pr100
24/5/2018 14:45 | Oooooft..... Have you always acted like a spoilt brat when things don't go your way lieshock....???? It was the dummy yesterday and today it's the toys getting launched out the pram....??? LOL LOL LOL Hurting much....??? | coliwobbles
24/5/2018 14:14 | Shylock 😂😂 🙏🙏 Stop looking in the mirror when you post 😂😂 | vfb1888 |
