It's a positive that we will know soon how much more we will be diluted. The understandable fear of much greater, imminent dilution hasn't helped the share price.

We should know our fate soon if the news is relatively good, i.e. some institutions, JVs or offtake partners will fund most or all of the outstanding development cost. That would mean that the deal/s have already been set up - as you would expect given that they have had the best part of two years doing not much else except pitching for finance.

But if it drags on and we get the news that we are going to start developing the site without any certainty on getting the mine built then it will be another epic fail imho. Who will buy shares when Gray & co can't deliver the endgame?

Imho, they have one month to announce a deal (which doesn't obliterate PIs), otherwise, the share price will slide inexorably into total oblivion.

That was always the likely outcome - but it doesn't change the fact that it was irresponsible of Gray & co to allow the previous planning permission to lapse on Feb 6.

Now, what about those expensive planning conditions? Will the wee man be sharing those on social media?

Following on from your 3222 post old chap, I used google and put in USOP SIMON CHAPMAN
There is loads of info on there and the guys on USOP have done a great job in finding out all about this guy . Anyone can start there and they will get links and info connecting to it all.
