As expected, the share price has ticked up nicely after the Ukraine war induced slump. The cost of living crisis should not affect the business too much, perhaps with the exception of Frontier; if people have to watch the pennies because of the increasing cost of essentials, then they may be less inclined to buy luxuries like digital radios. I think we will see a lot of people looking for yellow sticker items in the future!

A total of c. 140,000 shares repurchased over the past 10 days or so. Sends out a very strong and clear message in my view

A bit late in the day, but I thought the results were excellent. I was pleased to read that Frontier continues to go well, which I always believed it would. All it needed was good management.

I am looking to top up because, as Warren Buffet always said, if you want to invest look at the management first and these are good ones. Well done all round.

The results are indeed good but the TPG investment is, of course, unrewarding so far with losses on contracts in its marine business proving worse than expected.
SAG's refusal to proceed with a takeover at 6.5p without full details of these contracts has certainly proved wise.
It will be interesting to see how this investment turns out.
I must confess that I bought TPG shares at about 5p in the expectation of the bid proceeding but my holding in SAG is luckily much bigger.

Yesterday's share buy back suggests that, subject to any external or unknown factors, a price around £4.00 is a floor price for the business

Operating profit of £7.13m, significant increase from 2019’s loss of £214k....

I've bailed today to reduce wider PF exposure. The reason is trend broken - fundamentals mean j s in this market. Hard sell as I used to work for them

Agreed John. There is no reason for the fall except profit taking and a jittery market due to Ukraine. The fundamentals are excellent and the prospects for Frontier are superb as DAB becomes the norm across Europe. I look forward to them turning around TPG too.

Today we should all be celebrating the ending of Covid restrictions in England but Putin put paid to that. I hope he really is not totally Tonto, as things could spiral out of control. I do not think even he is crazy enough to invade a NATO country because he would be destroyed. Let us all hope so.

I think this is a temporary blip. There is no fundamental reason for the share price fall so a bit of trader manipulation seems to be the likely explanation.

It may just be a bit of profit taking thrown in too. I am holding tight as I believe there is more to come from a very well run business.

Johndoe, 500p is my near term target. By this time next year I expect the share price to be between 600-650p based on another strong performance, especially from Frontier as the economy bounces back post Covid and DAB sales increase. All IMHO.

I have a higher target than that. Stockopedia have updated the FY'23 EPS forecast to 27p. I believe that 30-32p could actually be achieved...
