Agreed John. There is no reason for the fall except profit taking and a jittery market due to Ukraine. The fundamentals are excellent and the prospects for Frontier are superb as DAB becomes the norm across Europe. I look forward to them turning around TPG too.

Today we should all be celebrating the ending of Covid restrictions in England but Putin put paid to that. I hope he really is not totally Tonto, as things could spiral out of control. I do not think even he is crazy enough to invade a NATO country because he would be destroyed. Let us all hope so.

I think this is a temporary blip. There is no fundamental reason for the share price fall so a bit of trader manipulation seems to be the likely explanation.

It may just be a bit of profit taking thrown in too. I am holding tight as I believe there is more to come from a very well run business.

Johndoe, 500p is my near term target. By this time next year I expect the share price to be between 600-650p based on another strong performance, especially from Frontier as the economy bounces back post Covid and DAB sales increase. All IMHO.

I have a higher target than that. Stockopedia have updated the FY'23 EPS forecast to 27p. I believe that 30-32p could actually be achieved...

I cannot complain about the firm's share price performance. Since I bought in after the Frontier purchase the share price has nearly doubled. As a Frontier holder, I knew the deal was a steal and jumped onboard. The best is yet to come now they have turned around Frontier and digital radio is only getting started worldwide.

It will be interesting to see what the next acquisition will be, possibly TPG but they do not seem to be in a rush with that one and look more inclined to turn it around first. Next stop will be 500p in the coming months, IMO.

As a holder of TPG for some time, I certainly see the potential of that business although management have not been making the most of the opportunities. I think it's a very smart move by SAG which could clearly add significant value - pretty quickly too imo.

I topsliced half this morning for a nice profit. This is a high conviction holding for me, but the uncertainty regarding any dilution/debt taken on from any t/o of TPG concerns me a little. Any weakness from here and i will certainly add. Time will tell!

I agree, the share price has more than doubled in the past 18 months so some profit taking was inevitable.

I cannot pretend to know much about TP Group, but clearly SAG can see the potential and they have a good track record of turning businesses around, as they showed with Frontier. It will be interesting to see if they walk away or double down, as they did with Frontier, and go for a hostile bid. I suspect it will be the latter.
