Goyathlay good to see you around. (I still listen to Lucinda Williams and Laura Cantrell ! Recently bought Passenger, 'All the little lights').
Good to see your florid expressions again - it gets a bit boring around here sometimes, you know, everybody getting on, no fights and so on. ATB

And ours is a mono treatment. Combos all the rage, they have two years data now, we are yet to file IND for our combo trial.

wand, how ya doin' my old friend. Hope your portfolio is treating you kindly.

Yes, Woodford and his bio stock picks: by the law of probability and all that he must eventually come up with a winner.

Reminds me a little of that old Newhart sketch

Oncosec

"Overall, the Phase 2 trial results, including progression free survival beyond two years in multiple patients, duration of response, best overall response rate, and tolerability of the combination, provide a strong and consistent theme across multiple endpoints, underscoring the promise of ImmunoPulse IL-12 plus pembrolizumab as a viable treatment option for patients diagnosed with metastatic melanoma,” said Alain Algazi, the lead investigator."

Is Scancells 5 year+ survival not better than this result ?

Tosh, yep, have been in IMM for 3 or 4 years and was on my watchlist for a couple of years before that.

Goy, haven't looked at RENE for ages, good to see it progressing and Woodford's luck has to turn at some stage!

B.... are you in IMM as well ?
As of today, i havn't taken any profit either, but will probably do so once the announcement that all patients have completed the trial comes through.
It all looks very promising at IMM though , so lets hope.

sound as a pound my end, thanks

Yes, bit of action in RENE too. Although as soon as I saw that 'Kiss-of-death' Woodford had bought some I shuddered, and prayed

Goy, good thanks - and you?

Yep, have had a good run lately on those and a couple of others. Not taken any profit yet on those but have my price and confident both will get there :)

Hahahaha.... i'm here for the money.... Brilliant just brilliant !
So Ineptico, just how much money have you made on your one trick pony over the last 6 years hahaha... Let me help you out here... its ZERO, in fact you have lost 70% of your initial cash investment.... brilliant.
As for my portfolio, im actually up over 28% this year, so thanks for your concern, but its totally unwarranted.
I suggest that you concentrate on your own failings as they appear to be costing you a considerable amount of money.
And... as for buying at 10p, as i have said on numerous occasions, i dont want any more shares, i have enough, and furthermore, if i had bought at 10p, it would have have pushed my average up, because the shares i hold, are all but freebies, so why, having mitigated my risk, would i then reverse it... Only a fool would do that ... Its very basic economics Ineptico, you should try to understand things better, maybe then your investment strategy would reflect some common sense , rather than foolhardy nonsense.
you are an idiot... simples.

basher or frustrated, they all get a Red Card; come on man, you know that.

We seek not to explore the motive just its manifestation.

How ya been any road up bubba? Stoked about IMM/AGL? Trousered any coin or you keep on rollin'?

"Yes i called the ""share"" a dog, from 60p to 11.25 what would you call it, for those invested??"

Chelsea, I'd call it a typical bio with long term share price drift until it sorts funding and reaches a significant inflection point.

"""(I can hardly believe you just used the 'D' word about Scancell."""

Yes i called the ""share"" a dog, from 60p to 11.25 what would you call it, for those invested??

And yes I did buy 8720 more at 11.33, which in very simple terms how i feel about our prospects NOW!!!!

Whilst it is a little upsetting to hear a share we believe in and invested in being described as a "dog" I'm afraid C7 is technically correct as it meets several of the criteria. DyorLet's hope for a speedy elevation from its current status.

I used the words

""" at best its an adjuvant to assist the natural innate/adaptive response."""

what i did not use was Onconsec was a vaccine.

IL-12 plays an important role in the activities of natural killer cells and T lymphocytes. IL-12 mediates """"enhancement"""" of the cytotoxic activity of NK cells and CD8+ cytotoxic T lymphocytes

which in this instance its boosting the natural T cell response ...

Medical Definition of Adjuvant

Adjuvant: A substance that helps and enhances the effect of a drug, treatment, or biologic system

anyway ... you can call it a vaccine and a non adjuvant .. like you say it does not matter ..

goosed - I'm really not sure about the design of the SCIB1 trial. Worth noting though that the OncoSec trial which has generated so much interest today wasn't randomised - was a single arm study on just 24 patients. It did however target predicted non-responders to PD-1 (I guess measured by PD-L1 expression but don't know for certain)

Inanaco,

I'm obviously lacking in Intellectual understanding of the science too because I can't see the connection between OncoSec's results announced today and your link to Innovio's 7 year old research on the same protein. It was used by Innovio as an adjuvant to boost a DNA vaccine. OncoSec aren't using it in this setting - they're not using it as an adjuvant.

It really doesn't matter - just good to see positive results from OncoSec

Boom

so this is IL-12 given with the vaccine

The level of T cell immune enhancement was significantly greater than for IL-12, a previously tested potent immunoadjuvant.

its an adjuvant to any t cell response ....
