""Just catching up on all posts today and wanted to make the point that there is NO Christmas deadline for funding or for deals or for anything whatsoever. The funding deadlines here are driven by the science and product development. The timescales of which are as follows:-

SCIB1 combination study, is currently awaiting submission to FDA from Ichor for the 2nd generation TriGrid device. Early in the new year, Scancell will submit their IND to the FDA. We then have to wait for approval and appointment of the CRO before the trial can start. This is the funding deadline for Scancell, not Xmas and not January.

Modi1 needs to have adjuvant finalised (possibly involving licensing from Isa Pharma?), then order placed for manufacture. Once manufacture is complete and following stability and toxicology testing they will apply to the MHRA for CTA. They have the funds for the manufacture so the funding deadline for Modi is again when clinical trial approval has been received and the CRO appointed.

It's also clear, that when RG talked about 'external validation' at the AGM, he meant validation of the science/products via a partnership of some sort. I have no idea what form that may take or when it will come but sooner rather than later would be good.
