What does 15 recs tell *US ALL* -
The M F F F does NOT have 16 'regular posters'
However, The M F F F DOES have a small number of 'regular trHYPERS'
The fact that a post from ONE source is 'taken as fact' by Sooo many, is indicative of just how much the posts by der leader 'n' co are NOT, by Sooo many { and rightly so}
.
Konar's post gives HOPE for those 'Long Term Sufferers' = 15 recs
der leader just adds more trHYPE to the BUY,BUY,BUY SCAM = mistrust by the majority, sitting on LOSSES

With 15 recs it was the sort of post appreciated by others. The facts were stated and explained simply in his own words. He didn't hang around for applause either.

For those who don't follow LSE, here's Konar's kind explanation 10.22 yesterday about the USA Patent hints earlier :-

''The examiner approved the US patent in principle, but asked for a post approval minor change to a table in the application before he would issue.

Scancell submitted that change, just before the US government shutdown, and whilst the USPTO acknowledged receipt, there was no further processing. On the day the US government reopened, they posted an update to our lawyers to say they are now happy with the amend, and that the application is now deemed ready to issue.

In other words, dragged on a bit these last couple of months, but US patent is confirmed accepted.''

Thanks to Konar and all. Essential enlightenment !

Evening See the Village Idiott has returned to infest this balanced bulletin board with his Cut and paste CONsense and his RANTS.
Total hypocrite in that he dies not want anyone Cluttering up the boards but he repeatedly posts his Bile and lies cluttering up all boards even when hevus not welcome.

On MFFF he quotes from the Greek.Well I can do that he is A PARASIte from thecGreek

1530s, "a hanger-on, a toady, person who lives on others," from Middle French parasite (16c.) or directly from Latin parasitus "toady, sponger," and directly from Greek parasitos "one who lives at another's expense, person who eats at the table of another," from noun use of an adjective meaning "feeding beside," from ...

Absolutely, I did read that they had been sent (but maybe that was your post.. :-)
Let's hope that's the case and since it was a follow up question/s to the original application I guess that will allow a smooth passage through the FDA (IE fees, and disasters from Gvt Shutdown). Incidentally, I've no reason to suggest there'll be anything but a positve response, my point was the fact that I'm sure there'll be a range war going soon on the other BB as those that think a storm of "science" will batter Gunthorpe into submission, which I'm not sure will be the case.
Could be interesting..... (at least a great deal more so than watching every trade that takes place and then attempting to extrapolate the nesxt share price move).....

ONW - in the recent Proactive interview with CH I couldn't quite hear whether he said O/S requirements for IND have now BEEN sent to the FDA or were BEING sent. Obviously makes quite a difference to when we can expect news.

Konar,

Re. my 19096 - think I am with you now thanks to Scrumpy! I assume you're talking about the US original Moditope patent application.

Gunthorpe looks interesting .... I'm waiting for the (misinformed) comment in reply that Tigrid V2 is already Approved... (which in Scancell's case it is not)!
Should be interesting...

Looks like someone dropped 64K odd at 7.3903p (maybe a bit of a panicky reaction to early price)and with the offer now at 7.625p a bit of anotomical clenching for some I'd say.
Wonder if that first trade will stay?
Wait and see time ... again.

as we are using Keytruda ... straight of the advert ...

PD-1 and PD-L1 are types of proteins found on cells in your body. PD‑1 protein is found on immune cells called T cells. It normally acts as a type of "off switch" that helps keep the T cells from attacking other cells in the body. PD-1 attaches to PD‑L1, a protein found on some normal (and cancer) cells. This interaction basically tells the T cell to leave the other cell alone and not attack it. Some cancer cells have large amounts of PD‑L1, which helps them hide from immune attack.

so Lindy has seen the effect in two cancer types in the mouse model

how strange to get two out of two to show efficacy ..

its the mechanism of action that is in discussion ....

SCIB1 has proven T cells
Keytruda has proven efficacy

so which trial don't you believe ?

Konar,

Not sure whether or not you ever look in here but noticed your 18.51 post on lse. Other than the recent UK publication of the 'epitopes' patent (which I assume is homocitrullinated epitopes?), is there any other news that has been missed?

Inanaco -

This will be my final reply to you. With respect, you don't get it. You simply can not go around using language like 'proven' when it comes to any new drug unless it has been.

Lozan, spot on, then he has the bare face cheek to accuse people who make one or two pertinent comments of "cluttering up" the bb. It does seem he is trying to drown out anybody else's view with his "dross".

Boom again you still have not got it ...

a CD8 t cell is a CD8 t cell ...

inovio cd8 t cells are the same t cells as scancells .. the only difference is how they are engaged to produce high avidity

which is why any t cell CD8 will react with PD-1 ligand

why can't you accept the Trial results of Keytruda and Opdivo .. ?

scancell has not had to modify SCIB1 to suit Keytruda ...

because Keytruda Modifies the micro environment for T cells

""" The use of immune checkpoint inhibitors for the treatment of cancer is revolutionizing oncology. Amongst these therapeutic agents, antibodies that block PD-L1/PD1 interactions between cancer cells and T cells are demonstrating high efficacies and low toxicities """"

Yep - time to move on. Interims due shortly, should get an update on the IND and hopefully Scancell can start reporting some positive news.
