There also seems to be something 'missing' 'twixt Trinity's -

what is a mystery is how quiet LD is on all matters other than scientific.
Ultimately, it is her R & D that the other members are living off.
Im amazed that she has continuously bitten her tongue. She must witness the incompetence on a daily basis, but manages to just stay focused.

Jbee, I agree with you, he has brought nothing to the table, the share price was 25p when he joined the Company. The previous Chairman never received more than 15K in annual salary. He stated at the 2016 AGM the company would be unrecognisable by the time of the next AGM and would be completely transformed. Well the company is completely recognisable from 2016, no trials, 3 fundraises an ever decreasing share price and extortionate remuneration for the BOD.

Chiplin's says he is also suffering the decline in share price but he has more than recovered his outlay via his inflated salary. Anyone else think he has bought anything to the party that warrants his package?

Amongst other Shareholders at the AGM we were told that we had enough funds for another year. It is blatantly obvious from today's report that we don't , yet another example of the BOD misleading Investors and telling them what they want to hear. To be fair the BOD did not want to be there and just get out with as little fuss as possible. Does anyone know what Chiplin actually does and what benefit is an office in San Diego for someone who only works for us a couple of days a year, attending the AGM and writing a statement for the half year and full year results. Not bad for 125K.

no, apparently its ok and we have enough money, ineptico said so.

However, coming from the same source that has also told us the following, im not sure that i should believe him ;-

Theres no risk.
This will be £1 tomorrow ( about 3 years ago )
This will be £8 in a few months ( about a year ago )
This will be £240 in a couple of years.
6p a share will never happen.
The trials aren't delayed.
We dont need any funding ( about 5 days before a large cash raise ).
Money is not relevant.
Buy and hold at 45p.
Buy and hold at 35p.
Buy and hold at 25p.
Buy and hold at 15p.
Buy as many as you can at 12p.
Buy as many as you can at 10p.
The market doesn't know anything.
I know more than professors that are working in this area of science.
If Modi works on mice, it will definitely work on humans.
There are no chances that any of the science will fail, because i said so.

There are many many more that im certain other posters will add, but bearing in mind the above list, i suggest that everybody takes everything he says, and does the complete opposite, that way you're guaranteed to be right, EVERY TIME.

im not sure a complete sale will happen Gazza ( but who knows ) but im definitely of the opinion that a sale of one platform may be needed to ensure continuity of business.
Something that no one has even considered yet is the prospect of our new employees being hired specifically to fill a few gaps, and make a trade sale of " part " of the business more viable.
But its all speculation... what we do know though, it that time and money are running out fast, so something has to happen, because, money actually is relevant, contrary to what the mindless wonder says.

The answer is easy to the first one, Whats the point of developing a flag if you cant afford to hold on to it.
If your cash flow dictates it, you will have to sell the flag at a discount to your investment in it... It basic stuff, VERY BASIC.
