14/10/2024 05:10 | Ruck I get that you and others are stuck in a time warp of many years but the game changed when Redmile and Vulpes provided the cash for them to progress. Without that Scancell would likely be going nowhere. The expert was professor Peter James Dom. Martin Diggle did speak about him in an interview. Having reviewed a number companies over 6 months plus he identified Scancell as a clear lead to invest in. Fast forward, Scib results in the combo due any day, looking like 80% plus ORR justifying the investment advice of Peter James. Things can take time, there are a host of therapies in trials looking to recruit patients. Once good results become more widely known I suspect recruitment becomes easier. | chilltime
14/10/2024 04:57 | Dom He works for a another company in the bio sector apparently and thus trashing another company with slanderous comments about the Ceo he should be dealt with and fired. You can’t trust word he says, a deceitful horrible creature. | chilltime

14/10/2024 04:31 | The Home Office has earmarked more than £500 million to manage Channel migrants arriving on small boats for up to a decade, according to official documents. Officials are seeking commercial partners to run two large facilities that will receive and process illegal migrants crossing the Channel from January 2026 until January 2032. Bidding companies are being offered £521 million for up to six years but with a break clause if Sir Keir Starmer’s Government succeeds in bringing down the number of migrants crossing the Channel. However, the contract also has an option to extend its time for up to four more 12-month periods if small boat crossings are still continuing up to 2036, according to the documents. Telegraph i assume they plan to put sign posts in the channel ... it will help ! | inanaco
13/10/2024 16:23 | But what happens if CTLA-4 and PD-1 are combined with Immunobody for GBM ? Breakthrough that means most lethal cancer is a death sentence no more ‘HAGE’ and ‘TRP2’, which are proteins that are expressed in the cancer cells of GBM patients vaccine for the treatment of glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) by utilising Scancell’s ImmunoBody® technology platform | marcusl2
13/10/2024 14:07 | SCLP has become a trader's stock, largely due to generous ISA allowances that let investors trade without paying capital gains tax. The share price surged past 60 on speculation of a potential sale. However, any hint of dilution causes panic, keeping traders on edge. Until SCLP announces they're actively seeking a buyer, the stock will remain in the hands of traders. | stevie10169
13/10/2024 13:06 | Chilltime,"Clearly some of you vocal types haven't got the slightest clue what is brewing."Well I would think that most investors in Scancell ARE well aware of "what's brewing" and some of us have been for 12 years or more in some cases. Unfortunately, "what's brewing" is very different to "what's brewed". We do not know how much longer it will take to brew and when it has it it will be decent. Ivan then, it will need bottling and aging. Even if the data is a good as we all hope, there is then the question of value. The market value of cancer immunology is in the public domain so it is not difficult to assess what the value could potentially be. As Ivy quite rightly points out, this is not the value that will be divied up amongst current shareholders but amongst current and new investors who may be necessary to fund the progress to the ultimate goal. For those that bought in the 40s, holding for 10 years and selling at 50p does not represent a good return. You would get better on a no risk savings account. Sadly, it seems that many were sucked in by claims of £8,£10, £12 and were happy to pay up to 60p. I have yet to see any justification for such valuations. It does confirm your other point though - "a lesson in ignoring bulletin boards" | ruckrover
13/10/2024 10:14 | "What the share price is doing is not an indication of data coming." . So what, in your opinion, SHOULD the shareprice be ??? | the real lozan
13/10/2024 08:47 | Except latest update by scancell says 70%+ not 80-85%. Like you said: "Clearly some of you vocal types haven’t got the slightest clue what is brewing. A lesson in ignoring bulletin boards." (And then promptly vomited your ignorance on said bulletin board) You are the only one challenging the chief moron crown from Nana CT. | sci102
13/10/2024 07:46 | The share price has been treading water for perhaps 3 years. Are we about the see that change over the next 6 months with some more meaningful data results. | plasybryn

12/10/2024 18:27 | Sorry Rick I did not buy in until 2015 and if course there has been much dilution and a much larger market cap. Funny RG was proud in 2015 to highlight a £30m mkt cap and now it is 4x bigger but share price then was 20p and now a lot less. So what would SH prefer now or r 20155 | ivyspivey
12/10/2024 15:39 | Ivy, The share price peaked at 60p in 2012 and held in the 40s for a year or so after. You are right, 28p has been the highest in recent years. My last sell was 28p so did alright. If it makes 28p in the next few weeks I'll certainly be selling a few more. | ruckrover
12/10/2024 14:39 | Nana makes the classic retail mistake of thinking the share will get anywhere near its potential value. He has been peddling that myth for 10 years now and the highest the share price has been is 28p and that was down tonCovid | ivyspivey
12/10/2024 14:34 | Hi Ruck, I was just trying to keep the analogy simple and I will have sold the bulk of my holding well before £1 and TBH not sure we will get anywhere near there. Again it has nothing to do with the potential value of the Science just based on how these things play out | ivyspivey
12/10/2024 13:52 | Ivy, I agree to an extent but £1 is far from "in the hand". The only thing currently "in the hand" is 13.25p per share.I'm hoping for some positive data soon so maybe we will at least get somewhere near to the TD estimate of 33p. At least there are figures and method behind the 33p figure and I can see scenarios where £1 to £2 may be possible but not £8. Despite years of asking, Inan has not been able to come up with any sensible numbers to support it. | ruckrover
12/10/2024 12:06 | what a load of nonsense ..... | inanaco
12/10/2024 09:44 | Morning Loz, Your point about “ hidden power” is a real one in this type of situation and is a real threat to potential SH value if this proves as transformative as some infer. I have learned to be much more cautious in AIM dealing and often think the old adage of a bird in hand is worth 2 in the bush very relevant. Or possibly £1 in the bank is better than £8 in the pipedream. | ivyspivey
12/10/2024 09:13 | Reading the signs - " You will have nothing and be happy" ...OR ELSE In a world where the 'so called' leaders are making everyone's lives - and eventually their own - miserable, by imposing non senseical regulations on freedoms... some might ask = Where is this going ??? When the 'hidden POWERs' take everthing worthwhile for themselves... bear with me. A cure for illnesses = Lindy's work...must be thought 'worthwhile'... IF successful Could the 'hidden POWERs' not just take that, at minimal cost, for themselves ??? . This week, Mrs Lozan called in to our village Post Office to obtain some stamps... She was TOLD,in ORDER to do so, she MUST provide her *name, address and telephone number* and would she like to include her E mail address = she declined. . In a rural village commune -1,400 souls - in the back of beyond in S W France = WHO needs this info... and for what possible reason ??? . IF,, Lindy's work proves'worthwhile' / of benefit to the masses - Still think the 'hidden POWERs' will hand over £8 a share Or Will they just take it...for themselves | the real lozan
11/10/2024 21:17 | GenMab has said very little. But when are their next results due? It won't warrant a separate announcement for them - but there should be a few lines on any plans. | markingtime |
