this looks interesting:

Hi - I wonder if you could find five minutes to lend us a hand? And there is something in it for you too.

We've just created a new website called www.UmYup.com which is going to be "officially" launched in the national press in early February. But we really need to have a few users on the site at that time.

UmYup is a service that allows you to build a waiting list of potential buyers for your home, even when it is not on the market. And of course the flip side of that is that you can contact other homeowners on UmYup to let them know you'd be interested in their home should they ever decide to sell.

There are loads of benefits to this service – not least of which is that you could have a long list of interested buyers if you eventually do decide that you want to sell your home.

We've had an incredible reaction to UmYup already and we have investors interested in taking it overseas. But for now we need to get a few UK homeowners onto the site.

The Bribe – here's the bribe. The basic service is free anyway, but we have included a Friends & Family upgrade code with this email. This means that you can sign up to the Advanced service (normally £14.99) for nothing.

Please just take a look at the site – www.UmYup.com – and see what you think. You don't have to be selling your home and you don't need to be in the market for a new one. This really is a good, free service that all home owners should sign up for.

There is just one thing to note – when you have finished entering your details, you are asked to enter a credit or debit card. We do not make a charge – this really is a free service. However, we do need to make sure that users are entitled to add the house they are submitting. Comparing the credit card address with the house details on the sign up form is part of this process. I promise you are not being charged for this. It is just a security measure.

We do not make a charge of any kind and we do not store your credit card details.

The Invitation code is: A5T0ND89 (that's A-five-T-zero-N-D-eight-nine)

If you like UmYup, or can think or anyone who might like the idea, could you possibly let everyone know about this new site and ask them to forward this email to other friends and colleagues. The upgrade code is only valid for the first hundred users.

Thanks very much – we appreciate the help and hope you'll like the site.

I have been very bullish on this one for some time and bought on lows. I would have thought it would have been higher with yet another good set of results forecast. It has a good business model, (not focussed just on big houses) it pays big bonuses to staff and is interested in share price improving. With the profits it makes it has a war chest of cash to invest in new businesses to ensure the growth and profits continue.

Savills sees FY profit 'nicely' ahead of expectations; confident of 2007

LONDON (AFX) - International property advisor Savills PLC said it expects
its full-year profit to be "nicely" ahead of expectation due to a "strong"
finish to the year adding that it is confident of the group's prospects in 2007.
The company said new funds launched in the second half, including Italian
Opportunities No 1 and Serviced Land No 2, along with a pipeline of other
planned products, are expected to have a favourable impact on the 2007 results.
Savills expects to report its results for the year ended Dec 31 on March 14.

Just bought some more today. I believe this company is having a really good year. All the signs are right and business is very strong in all right areas, this should be best year ever. Roll on trading statement in January, this can only go one way imho.

took some profits at 615 on a 400% return;
bought some back at 640 in another portfolio on this apparent break-out.
reegards,

i think the last high was 742 (during the REIT speculation) so 750 is possible but don't think svs is a beneficiary of reit status. other companies have started to elect their reit intentions now.
