still nothing and getting very close to de-listing.makes you wonder if they are bothered as if the deal is that big they may come back with a full listing making current aim listing irrelevant.

Has anyone stopped to consider that discussions may be at a critical juncture and need to be handled delicately.These types of corporate actions always require a sensitive approach and can go either way.

LH, try to think of it it on these terms.
You clearly do not have the knowledge or ability to invest / gamble in these type of highly speculative (risky) shares. I’m sure everyone who has watched you rant for months will agree.
If you’d had access to your cash, I’m quite certain you would have lost all of it by now.
At least this way , when you get some of it back next, May?, you will still have something for a nice day out. Perhaps even an ice-cream, you never know.

It’s either deal on or deal off, there will be no meaningful news before then.

Only another 3-4 months to wait.

Alot of investors on other bb's are also sick to death of being suspended for such a long time with NO updates whatsoever (other than the one which they were forced to make) and now being only weeks away from a de-listed and complete loss of all our investment.To this end many are now emailing SAVP's nomad to insist on an urgent update.Please email their nomad to insist on an urgent update to try to force them to issue one. The only gains I can see is if we re-list at a premium.After that, substantial dilution will minimise any further gains.
