Bushranger.

I too received a similar email today, if we add to that, that we can expect an update ‘very soon’ and that as your email points out that she will be ‘happy to answer more questions after the next RNS’. I think we are close, very close!

To date they have been able to answer very few questions, so I think we can expect the next RNS to provide a lot more detail.

I emailed the company and did receive a reply today. I asked the following questions-

How likely is Savannah to return to market prior to the 8th of December?

Is this a priority or would Savannah be prepared to remain delisted for a period to ensure completeion of the RTO?

If the RTO does not go ahead is there enough funding in place to complete the announced drilling program or will a placing of shares be required?

If a placing is required will private investors like myself have an option of participating?

This is the reply I received from Jessica
" Thank you for your email and your support, and apologies that we haven’t been able to provide more updates to the market during this time; I appreciate this is frustrating.

We are working very closely with our advisers and our NOMAD and do not expect the de-listing deadline to be an issue.

On your other questions, I’m afraid that I can’t go into more detail at this stage, but we do expect to provide an update soon and we’ll be happy to answer more questions then."

The response regards the delist deadline could be interpenetrated with any slant you want on it as it. It is quite ambiguous and does not say why the deadline will not be an issue. If they are working with their NOMAD so as not to be an issue you could interpret as possible crossing of the deadline before relisting?

Silence regards funding if the RTO does not go ahead. Again, not enough (none actually) to be able to make any judgement, though if SAVP had the funding already in place for this separately I dont see why this could not be shared or RNSd.

MT, I have witnessed many times how adults squirm when they are caught out, so I do have some sympathy for your position.

I made absolutely no judgement on the merits of TXP as a company, just the morals of its gang of promoters.

I've told you several times that I am not Jim88, yet somehow you know better. That says a great deal about your level of insight.

I have 473k plus change in shares here, all bought and paid for. 38p to break even.

My crime to enrage your crew was to say I will be voting against any Nigerian deal, based on personal experiences and research.

On the Niger drilling I am quite positive.

Interestingly, for those of us who don't already know everything(????)

The last RTO was abandoned just days before the 6 month limit for delisting.

Could we see history repeating itself?

Perhaps wiser counsel has advised young Master Knox that if he has trouble spotting a couple of English con-men , then Nigeria isn't the best place to be wandering about with a cheque book.

I do hope so.

There could be good news soon LH, so cheer up.

Still trying to pump up the tyres on TXP, I see ladies after my bit of honesty caused a wobble.

Which of you wise gals unloaded this afternoon? It looks ripe for a drop as you head off with your ill-gotten gains?

That’s 28 trading days until we need to delist.

So 27 still nothings, then an RNS?

Don't listen to them LH.
Trust your Uncle Marty
Bury your share certificates in a tin box in the garden

And into the darkened room.

"The average RTO takes 8-9 months, The average RTO takes..."

It will all work out fine.

There have been many posters here and elsewhere posting genuine concerns and opinons regarding the current situation and they have received personal attacks against their character. Regards LH do you know the poster personaly? No? So unless proved otherwise people who post need to be taken at face value. Am I concerned about my investment, yes. If I am, I am sure there are hundreds more. The length of time the "accelerated" T/O is taking is bound to result in shareholders taking to social media regards their investment. To decry these people as shorters, not holding any share etc is disgraceful of all who participate in the farce.

Genuine concerns? Since you don't know the poster how do you know the concern is genuine?

Particularly, since the poster comes across as an immature, over-emotional nickel and dime short term trader who appears to have tied up far too much of his investment capital in one high risk investment.

To be fair and realistic, only a fool would start to enter into a finacial deal with people posting on a share BB. Again there are people making personal assumptions and attacks on posters rather than responding to genuine concerns.

LH you're doing yourself absolutely no favours by your constant whinging when others, including myself have offered to help you. Even more, you then choose to totally ignore us & ignorant to the point you can't even acknowledge the offers by saying thankyou.

If you genuinely are in dire straights I feel for you but, given your attitude to others I very much doubt anyone will offer you any help in the future, so please do stop this nonsense posting saying you need money straight away as you quite obviously don't!!

LH,

If this is causing you so much grief and you believe that the company is going down the sh*thole in any event, why don't you take up the offers by others on here to buy your shares off-market ??

I just can't understand why you keep relentlessly posting on here ??

A new mantra for you.

“The average RTO takes 8-9 months”

Repeat that 100 Times in a darkened room.

You will start to feel better.

Malcy's blog

Savannah Petroleum

Steve Jenkins, Chairman of SAVP gave a keynote speech this afternoon which reminded the audience that the company’s acreage in Niger is looking better every time the 3D seismic is analysed. SAVP is robust at very low prices and there are three wells waiting to be drilled in the country with options to make that six wells. Those wells will be drilled as soon as the shares return from suspension. I took the chance to have a quiet chat with Mr Jenkins who was confident without giving anything away.

Thereby hangs the crucial part of the tale, the shares are suspended whilst the paperwork is being done for the potential Seven Energy acquisition, about which the company can genuinely say nothing. I don’t think that the market, and that includes myself, thought that would take quite so long but having watched this process and a couple of others it is a grinding, mind blowingly turgid process.

We shall find out just as soon as it is possible but I do detect longer term optimism from the company and for that reason i’m still happy to remain positive.

I was actually being genuine when I said the same thing, if you are stuck for cash then it should be possible to sell to someone off market via a broker.

LH, sorry bud but I really don't get why your still bemoaning your luck on this BB given that I, and a few others I believe, have offered you a way out & a way to realise some cash by buying your shares off you.

I offered to buy yours/speak with you 'off BB' and by private message but you've not contacted me so can only guess you don't actually want to sell your shares but prefer to moan instead on here?

LH - he does at AGM's but, as with most companies finds that 99.99% of his shareholders cannot be bothered to attend, with a few strangely preferring to rant inane nonsense on BB's, rather than take up the opportunity to question their own Board!
