RE: Looking VERY good
Today 15:31

Given the fact CGG Robertson completed the initial CPR alongside the admission document and upgraded our resources only recently, the new CPR must be near to completion as suggested. With due diligence taking place since January and the PTSM received shortly after the update on the 7th June I wouldn't be surprised to see a further operational update next week which outlines the financial implications of the RTO, this would then be followed by a further update which accompanies the CPR and admission document.

If we know one thing, news flow drives a share price and SAVP was due to be entering a news rich period with drilling over the summer period. Well we now have Nigeria to boot and the news flow will just keep coming.

The suggested equity raise price by Agadem will go a long way in ensuring existing shareholder exposure/dilution concerning our Niger assets is minimal, and the downside is all kept to a minimum.

To say I am excited is an understatement.

RE: Looking VERY good

IPO price back in Aug 2014 (I think) = 56p. Then quite a large placing at 38p when the share price was 23p. I'm really interested in what the new placing price will be and it will be significantly higher than 56p and I believe my 85p to £1.10 range is quite accurate.

I also believe that there were some sell orders on the book that were not completed prior to suspension. I would expect that those sell orders will be cancelled prior to 8am on the day the shares are back in trading.

I would hope that SAVP IR and Celicourt really ramp up the PR prior to re-listing and there could be a very large scramble for shares in the first few hours. With little stock in free float we could see an extremely volatile market for the first day or so.

No dould we will see the people who want to buy in here telling everybody to sell ASAP and lock their profits in. It will also be interesting to see how the CFD's are traded and I'll be using my Spreadex account in the background. I don't usually pay for L2, but will be adding it on to my ADVFN account when the stock is re-listed.

Exciting times ahead.

And a follow up post from diversified:Sat 22:56DiversifiedLooking VERY goodGreat to see Agadem and thanks for sharing, I have also received an emailearlier this evening 'Dear Xxxx, Thank you for your email and your patience, I'm sure you will have seen our recent RNS by now. We are all working very hard on the RTO (and the rest of the business) and look forward to being able to update the market with more detail as soon as we can. Please also rest assured that we work very closely with our Nomad and other advisers to ensure that we remain compliant with the AIM rules and other regulatory requirements. Kind regards' With the emphasis to appease private investors (at last) I believe news must be near. Was about to go to sleep but with what you have now said Agadem and also the email we have both received I think I need to go back to the bar for a few more wiskys lol!

From Agadem,a well respected poster on the other BB this weekend:Sat 22:36AgademLooking VERY goodFirstly this is a small extract from a very much longer reply to me this evening:- "We all continue to work full steam ahead on the RTO and are looking forward to being able to update shareholders and the rest of the market as soon as we can." Now also I am led to believe that the placing is expected (at this moment in time) within the range of 85p to £1.10. The final placing price will not decided until the CPR has been completed. So it's looking good for the share price to be circa £1 even before the drill bit starts to turn. Be very interesting how high the share price goes if we find "a gusher" on the first drill. Tick tock

diversification,

I'm not happy with a single BoD. They all feather their own nests at the expense of PI's. Teresa May hasn't gone far enough to make them accountable to the companies owners. i.e. Me.

Lol.... there are good & bad in every world and if you even remotely believed what you write, you would never had invested in shares in the first place!!

Mount Teide. Yes, I think Malcy has spoken to the company as well. Looking good, let's hope September is the transformational month!

Thanks TS

'Expect updates ‘in due course’ and the shares will remain suspended until the Admission document is published or should discussions be terminated.

My expectation is that period will be a matter of weeks rather than months as I understand that discussions are progressing well.'

Reading between the lines, Malcy has clearly spoken to the company and from the vibes received, believes a transformational deal is now more likely than not, with news probably during September.

PVR's COS from here is probably < 20% so its unlikely to succeed with an oil discovery.

What makes you think I currently hold PVR shares with this very real drill risk of a sub 4p share price?

For what it's worth I hope PVR pays off for you. Seeing the reaction to a share price after an oil discovery gives me great satisfaction even if I don't hold the stock myself! I watch with interest.

I don't give a sh1t about ambitions of the CEO and his Empire Building. As an investor all I care about is the share price.

It's quite feasible if not probable that we are going to end up with a larger Company, with a lower share price and lower net impact from the Niger drills.

That's not why I bought the shares and if this scenario plays out I and others will have been well and truly Rodgered.

It all seems very rosy for those who can wait a bit longer. All in all, it seems this could be even more of a gem than it was before suspension.
From Malcy:

'... patient shareholders should be rewarded by an opportunity significantly in excess of first expectations. SAVP was due to go into the bucket list at the summer break and on readmission should be able to take its place as it is clear that Andrew Knott is building an African E&P company with serious ambitions.'

Heard it all now Ngms, how is your investment in PVR going? Looks like they have a big future :-S

I'm expecting that we will re-list in the new year and the future is full of excitement, we will re-list as a medium sized oil and gas production company.

Even IF pvr find oil they still need to pay for it to be commercialised which will mean further dilution for you guys. We will already have the infrastructure in place.

I think the bit about the CPR based on recent seismic suggests they know they are up against it to get the share price above the suspension price on re-listing.

Be prepared to be royal screwed whilst an Empire is built.

So there you have it. You wanted an RNS; you've got it.

No drilling until we return from suspension, as I, and one or two others, stated ages ago.

Basically a complete waste of space RNS as far as I am concerned.
