My gut feeling is that we are now very close to an announcement - probably waiting for the City to return next week to maximise the impact.

To whom it may concern,

Given the fact that we are suspended, does the general principles of disclosure not apply to Savannah Petroleum?

Obviously the Nominated advisor has ensured that today's lack of an announcement concerning drilling complies with the standard principles of disclosure. A delay to drilling that would have ordinarily led to a significant downward shift in the share price as yet another deadline has been missed would not be considered as price sensitive information?

The fact that the CMD operational update released in an RNS concerning drilling in August is 'misleading', I would of thought that you have a regulatory requirement to update the market?
