It's good of the sareum faithful to keep the dream alive and keep buying the shares..those BOD salaries won't pay themselves. And it's not like they have any way of generating any other income..
Horrid.."the authorities" I'm sure are very invested in a little sareum BB.
You're going to lose soon much here haha..

I just don't understand what the mong on here is trying to achieve. No one takes a blind bit of notice, especially with his identical double identity, and obsession with LSE posters. What a weirdo

The authorities here know what he is up to. He needs some treatment

The best thing for Sadoldgit would be for him to just to shut up. Daily embarrassments.

Have you noticed Sad's chat have all been a load of carrot dangling nonsense for over 10 years.

To be fair Potnak and Abery seem to get it.

A few day traders that's what's happening now. Safety data will increase the share price before it starts falling again.

Nothing has changed:

No license deals pre clinical or at the start of clinical trials.

No revenue.

MHRA not interested.

Million pound losses every year.

Products not proven.

More dilution for shareholders.

Share price down over 80% YTD.

How is this going to 30p. PMSL 🤪

Same rampers on LSE wanting to increase the SP, same old same old, they know time is of the essence to get out, as many of them are sitting on large losses.

Groundhog day again on LSE while we are told for the next 3 months that news is due. 😆🤣🤦🏻

Good morning, nothing has changed - LSE happy clappers yet again putting all their faith into a company that as you said needs all the money they can get. Comments like this one;

"As expected, SAR's army of small investors are giving a very clear message to the company and to the stock market. We're 100% behind you, now go & get the job finished".

You might get a small hike in share price because of the increased demand, but the bottomline is any stock issued through subscription rights effectively increases the number of shares in the market. This means that shareholder ownership is diluted as is the value of each share.

I predict the share price will fall nearer 5p over the coming weeks. If there is any positive news I'd invest at that point. As I've said many times for the many reasons I posted I just can't see it.

800 million not out of the question for 1801, 1802 l .think would need trialling but interestingly also is the recently added patent protection for 1802 in immuno therapy.

1 to 2 billion for the lot later this year is again not out of the question.

All that from a company that has MC of just under 8 million.

Have they become aware of other Indications outside of immuno oncology that 1802 may prove to be of benefit?

Sadoldgit has lost the plot 😆🤣 1-2 billion for the lot. Oh what's that I can see, it's a flying pig with green spots lol.

SOG, fella, get a grip 🤦🏻

The happy clappers crack me up 😆🤣 Why do they constantly put up £billion pound deals? It's so funny 😆 How are Sareum going to fall into £billion pounds? 10p a share post 50-1 split with a MCAP of less than £8million.

If SAR data from p1 is good you can see from the reports data just how undervalued this share is at the current time.

Omg 😱 😆 Another deluded poster 🙄. The happy clappers are relentless.

The share price is overvalued IMO. Do you know what's going on here? Massive dilution, no revenue stream, million of pounds of losses, Safety data is one thing, but does it work?

Nope, sorry the share price is currently overvalued. Wait until you receive news of revenue streams. Could be waiting a longtime 😆🤣 share price will be below 5p sooner rather than later.

Good morning! Just seen that, he obviously reads our posts hence the comment;

'Interested to hear from any poster that the information is either false, misleading or not true'.

Problem is SOG, the information you post is you ramping Sar's products again. It's all 'what if's' The fact is the share price is at 10p a share post split of 50-1 with a MCAP of less than £8million? Why is that SOG?

Oh I forgot it's all RF's fault and the debacle of the MHRA. FFS 🤦‍a94;️ SOG.

Sadoldgit, wake up and smell the coffee, you need to remove your rose tinted glasses and look at the facts.

Join here and we can debate this.

1) No license deals in the offering after 20 years.

2)MHRA did not authorise Sareum's clinical trial in the UK.

3)10p a share post split and MCAP of less than £8millon.

4) Further dilution to come.

5) Failed to license anything pre clinical or early stage clinical trial.

6) Over 90% risk of failure.

The fact is SOG, the wool is well and truly been pulled over your eyes for the past 10 years and nothing has ever materialised. Why is that SOG?

Happy Easter Monday peace and love..

Not yet 9am and happy ramper sadoldgit is already posting twice with his dreams of a huge market cap.

He really is a fool!

I honestly think the MHRA didn't authorise Sareum's clinical trial because they felt that the novel formulation isn't a sufficient innovation to expose fit and healthy volunteer-patients to the risks of the trial. In addition, if anyone noticed at the time, Sareum's website stated "the company admits that to go forward through and beyond the Phase 1 trial, it will have to go back to investors to raise more money". This is why I wouldn't trust SOG and Co as far as I could throw them. The happy clappers only state the points that favour Sareum. Not once have they uploaded evidence that Sareum's products are ahead of competitors. SOG and all the happy clappers are small time investors that have gambled their money into a small bio hoping and actually convincing themselves that they're going to be rich. Wolf, they're of their nuts 😆🤣 All of them talk more nonsense than David Icke 😆

Seriously, you mark this post when I say I told you so. Unfortunately, more people will invest their hard working money into this company hoping that this is the right one, I'm afraid in my honest opinion this won't come true. However, I expect they'll carry on ramping to the bitter end. Absolute madness!!!!!!

Ignore CS, he's on the special brew again. Poor fella. Happy Easter 🐣

Find me another company that were pivotal in the development of a drug like SRA737 that has TWO opportunities having got to PHASE 2 (albeit one must ask about the SO deal where any tests outside of the US didn't need reporting) and yep some of us have garnered the results that are quite remarkable.
Yes Sareum holds 27.5% and the whole MHRA debacle and the GSK debacle with Sierra Oncology but just "wanted' Momelotinib.
So no interest in SRA737 at two phase 2 stages ready for phase 3...
Tide is turning and the conscionable investors realise that Emma Walmsley might be the next in line like the lady who shafted the post masters!
Its happening. Just depends how long it takes Whitehall to realise that funding breastfeeding men gets a complete volte face.
This is going to be a moment where Sareum holders and their posts will get due scrutiny and public attention..such as Peel Hunt and their obligations and RiverFort and their agreement that the board deemed appropriate.
I appreciate some have said what about the board and would they leave us holders in the lurch. Well don't forget some of their partners hold shares. Just imagine if it we were a front for deliberately misleading individuals who have invested to assist uk drug development and it was 'mismanaged'...would you ever be able to go out in public knowing that despite individuals posts on lse saying ...I'm here because I hope this can help because..
It would be monumental when a tabloid investigates further and asks what happened..where you aware as a shareholder...I personally think that a couple individuals at Sareum would welcome an EGM and get the votes from the genuine holders to reset Sareum.
