absolutely pillock, do your own research, and ignore anything you read here, including my posting. We are all at extreme ends of the spectrum here.

The negative 1 has 3 logins, and discusses the share with himself. He is a complete nutcase who got his fingers very badly burn't years ago. The research he followed by another poster was excellent, and could not be questioned with a valid argument. The posters were not wrong at the time

Do your own research

Don't confuse Brought with bought. I do it to annoy the idiot - he has a thing about grammar and spelling which is hilarious and entertaining

I didn’t say SAR were receiving the full amount, the US pharma has committed to paying that amount (in total) if milestones are met indicating the value of SR737, which some on here have claimed is worthless. Obviously not.

Bridge, as I suspected, your post is exaggerated. Your comment below;

'The pharma has already committed to over £1M payment and 500m shares on signing the deal with an additional $289m on milestones PLUS a royalty'.

It should read;

Rights to the drug (previously out-licensed to Sierra Oncology, which was subsequently acquired by GSK) were returned to the original owners (Sareum and CRT Pioneer Fund) in November 2022. In December 2023, CRT Pioneer Fund out-licensed SRA737 to a privately-held US biopharma for an upfront payment of US$0.5m, additional fees of up to $1m in cash and 500,000 shares of the partner and potential milestone payments of up to $289m. The deal also allows for tiered high single-digit royalties on net sales.

1) additional fees up to £1million.
2) potential milestone payments of up to $289million.
3) Lastly you missed out Sareum will receive 27.5% of any future payments not 100% of potential $289million.

LOL, you're ramping happy clapper who lies to encourage new investors to invest without the true facts. My advice to you is run along back to LSE to the other happy clapping brigade.

Wombles 1 - Happy Clappers 0

Bridge, it's ramping because yet again you're throwing around numbers of £hundreds of millions. Obviously, the market doesn't think much about it, as YTD (since the announcement), the share price has fallen 82%! You're using words like 'may', as the board of Sareum do in their press releases. Personally for me I don't see GSK returning something they owned because they just didn't want it.

As of today, Sareum have not proved any of their products work. You have an opinion as do all the happy clappers over at lse, but as per usual you cannot back up your claims of multi million/billion pound deals with actual hard evidence.

With regards to 1801 let's see the safety data before we get excited. Even with Sareum's most advanced drug there's mountains to climb. At this point in time, it's very unlikely Sareum will license any of their products. If you're invested be prepared that you'll most probably lose all your investment.

That’not quite the full story of SR737 is it? Sierra was targeted by GSK for a specific drug so it didn’t want to get involved the development of - to them - just another early stage cancer trial. But since then ‘preclinical data have been reported that indicate triple drug combinations involving SRA737 may show great promise against hard-to-treat cancers. Sierra has not progressed the asset beyond the Phase 1/2 clinical trial’ and another comercial deal has been struck with a new US pharma. Therefore you can not just write this off SR737 and the recent deal as worthless. The pharma has already committed to over £1M payment and 500m shares on signing the deal with an additional $289m on milestones PLUS a royalty.
How is it ramping to set out a deal that’s just gone through in January. We don’t know the milestones or timelines but shares and cash could be coming our way at any time. Again not ramping just fact.
Maybe nothing more will come of it and it gets dropped but I don’t that seems unlikely now, is that what you are suggesting?

Wolf, the rampers are on a different planet to me. Sareum's current market value is correct, £8million based on the following.

1) No revenue.
2) Dilution with more on the cards.
3) As you say 737 was turned down by GSK.
4) None of Sareum's products are proven.
5) Phase 1 of the clinical trial is safety only.
6) The MHRA turned Sareum down for a clinical trial in the UK. This is an enormous red flag for me.
7) Board are still taking large salaries as 'working capital'.
8) It almost 20 years since Sareum were listed on AIM. 20 years and the share price 92% down.
9) No license deals even though Sareum's business model is to license pre clinical or early on in the clinical trial.

To be frank, Sareum have had 20 years and produced f all. What does that tell you?????? Oh yeah this is the year of rerate, the year of license deals, the year of 1801, the year of 737, the year of revenue. Come on Sar.... 😆🤣

Lol. But isn't it EXTRAORDINARY that Bridge over the river kwai appears after a stint on GDR.

JUST A COINCIDENCE and trys to talk us up (not needed) as if justifying pacifying the sheep.

On my radar and hoprfully the sheep on lse are aware. If they don't see it definitely a point of private investigation by possibly a HNWI who didn't partake....as in erm Egypt..

Going to love the news on Peel Hunt And RiverFort being in question of their corporate objectives and MAERS protocol.

It will involve everyone involved

Including the posters here who think they are under the radar.

Notice a certain individual in the msm re cancer issues has gone quiet!?

It's overdue the return to non corporate interventions.

And their acolytes. Goodness knows what the price is to individuals who stop the research via legitimate companies re cancer and those who are in noteable positions that create obfuscation. Snd just consider those with a position of influence knowing that relevant research was pushed into the Ditch.

The awakening. I'm on the right side x

Peaceandlove...the rampers are out in force tonight...just in time for another week of fun and games..
Remind me...
Sierra had 737 for years..did nothing with it...gsk bought Sierra...gsk handed 737 right back...on 2 January a new "deal" was announced for.737...since then..the share price has been destroyed down to 8 million..
The markets have obviously forgotten to price in the value of 737...
Easy done..
