The BOD are out of their depth..destroyed company value with RF...and more to come..

If you do your due diligence pup you will note via the RNSs that the board have discussed ongoing talks. If you do your due diligence re a recent ipr contract and the LinkedIn persons involved and where the move between AstraZeneca and GSK and Sierra Oncology of certain bodies and those associated with said individuals is then you get a better picture. Rather than the obvious attempt at disruption of Sareums ipr and first time clinical ongoing trials and the associated patents re the solubility(smaller molecule...check out Sareums website...explains all the Positives...Reader also mentions it in another RNS) and methodology of taking a drug which are on the precipice of making a recent FDA approved drug (the skirting around black box issues is entertaining...and quote..they dont need to do ongoing live trials) literally a poor relative.
As I said check out the legacy media and the recent concerns of cancer et al drug development..especially homegrown..such as Cambridge..plenty more articles to follow.
Do you remember Novacyt...early days...well think that and consider that a line in the sand.

Meanwhile, over on LSE, the LTH's continue their ramping led under Captain SOG.

They've had so many warnings, but are so emotionally involved with this company, they keep giving their money away. One poster has stated "wait until the financing has been rectified" and still they keep ramping and topping up. They're so convinced this'll turn around, it's ridiculous but also astonishing! Laz says, LTH's have been here before and the share price went up to 9p. That was 2021, they had government funding, HNWI and the rumour of Covid drugs being developed. BOE base rate was also 0.29% etc. Many small companies also had significant growth. This is 2024, totally different economic cycle. Any small company with zero cashflow are going to be in trouble. The only way out of this is dilution to extremes. This is going below 1p a share - mark this post.

Wolf, todays increase in the Share Price has encourgaged the happy clappers to invest more LOL. SOG has confirmed he is happy with his top ups this week. I'm telling you and others an almighty drop in the share price is coming.

The BOD seemed worried...they did not look relaxed and sat huddled together as if waiting to be executed...something not right..likely they know what was coming...with a narket cap of 10 million.
