CriticalStinker1, what are you on about? Why do you talk in riddles? Perhaps you're a famous author in disguise?

Anyway you look at this, the board have no money for anything. If you review the AGM late last year with hindsight, you can now see the poop was going to hit the fan.

There is NO more money to fund anything. The quicker people see this the better.

Is it just a coincidence the link with certain board members and GSK?
The Sierra Oncology debacle?
The MHRA debacle?
The contentious decisions that would have been put forward by the designated employee (troajan horse) at Sareum re Considalation and financing...begins with a P!
No apologies forthcoming!
Sincerely believe Tim and Charles would welcome an EGM so the decision of exporting the troajan would be taken out of their hands!!!
Sooner rather than later!
Worth looking up that Sareum has different companies logged...as in which parts of the developers ipr are protected if the incoming Sierra oncology type takeover becomes apparent.

I can see why others accuse us of being the same poster as you echo my thoughts entirely..

Sareum is now the same as Synairgen...Genedrive...Val etc..

Stalwarts in 2021 onwards.. but now worth mere millions..no money.. tons of potential...the BOD raking it in.
The occasional spike...and then more falls...

It's the same story over and over..

LSE shows these people..the happy clappy gang..post day and night.. they have built friendships from this. They make hero's of people like Thoth2 and WIP and SOG. To be worshippers. Their word is gospel...

They see it as their duty to bolster the share price...protecting it from wombles. Like puma.
Who said exactly this would happen.

This is more to them than the failure of a business..its the end of a dream...end of posting days and nights.. plans for the AGM..deluding themselves the BOD read the BB as obsessively as they do...as if scientists are sat reading the musings of "citizen" and "sog"..

Seriously though the talk of billion(s) is truly silly. The problem is so many are emotionally involved with this company. They were sure it was going to change their lives. Unfortunately for them, this is now not the case. The next RNS will send this to below 10p unless of course they do a deal with another pharmaceutical. I actually think this is unlikely. You've to ask yourself why did the MHRA not want 1801? In addition why was RF the only option for finance. Basic DD, however, as I said they are blinded by the science, which may or may not work and even if it does, it doesn't mean anyone will want it.

It is interesting how this will play out, but I wholeheartedly believe this will end in tears. I've seen this so many times on Aim and the Nasdaq. Unless funding can be arranged, Sar will cease to exist. The share price has been diluted to oblivion and Sar are going to need £millions.

Its actually sobering to see that.. this was worth almost half a billion a couple of years back..no wonder the happy clappers can't accept it...

The share price is now barely 10 million..

I'm sure the BOD will be RNSing all the takeover offers they now have..to buy the best in class compounds which big pharma apparently covet.. a share of 737..1801..1802...

All for 10 million?!

Can't wait to learn of these offers...

Thanks the real Wolf.

I suspect the share price will be nearer single digits by close of play Friday. I can't see how they turn this around? Can you? There is no money to fund the clinical trial or sustain theor high salaries etc. Current market cap is 13.63million. In 2021 it was over £400million.

I am heavily invested and significantly down. I therefore have absolutely nothing to gain from this post before I am accused of shorting and deramping.

I understand the need to cling on to some hope. However, the reality is that this company has been terribly managed and we have reached the point where we can't even secure death spiral financing.

Posting dozens of links to studies doesn't change this. Getting angry at shorters doesn't help.

It pains me to say, but we are highly likely going to lose everything. I'm not selling because I don't know for certain. But I think some of you need a reality check and to tone down the endless bombardment of ramping which is probably the reason some of us are now in this situation.

Haha...spare me the altruistic drivel. Its a company.. listed...its fair game...

Don't short a bank...it gives mortgages to.young first time buyers..don't short a supermarket...they feed people...don't short a transport company...they take people to work!

These sareum investors are a precious bunch..

Sareums intention is really just to rinse its shareholders for the betterment of its well paid BOD..
