07/6/2021 07:11 | Ltg it’s on Tony’s Twitter in an answer to a question about his tweet to say the plant commissioning is rocketing along | fozdad
07/6/2021 06:44 | Fozdad where? https://mobile.twitt | longtermgains
03/6/2021 10:54 | Tony Swiericzuk @TonySwiericzuk ยท May 24 No, plant commissioning is flying along to plan. We start feeding the plant with harvest salts in 7days time, SOP product a couple days later. | fozdad
02/6/2021 21:07 | Fozdad, what latest tweet. The last one from Tony is all about Reconciliation Week. The previous one on May 18th talks about premium SOP production imminent. What tweet am I missing. | longtermgains
02/6/2021 08:36 | Latest tweet states that production should start this week, so I hope we will see a RNS in the next few days to confirm. | fozdad
24/5/2021 12:52 | Income from sales was promised in march...serial misleaders | gutterhead
24/5/2021 10:34 | 5.71 ... apologies | dartboard1
24/5/2021 10:29 | In all seriousness though I'm topping up... I know only losers average losers, but there's a bit of room here for FCF estimates to be wrong (as per all other estimates they made) and for it still to be cheap. Take £42m (aud77m) FCF, add an extra 25% on that... then dilute equity by another 25% for options and you get to 5 times FCF multiple... 20 year mine life, and hopefully learnings for the next lake(s) | dartboard1
24/5/2021 10:19 | The debt's for Corporate overheads ... haha | dartboard1
24/5/2021 10:13 | How much has SO4 raised in equity since the Board announced with great fanfare that it had secured funding for Lake Way in 2019 ? Its gotta be north of $230m. Wasn't the capex only estimated at $260m ? Sounds like they shouldn't actually need any debt. | 1234gold
24/5/2021 09:22 | "The Placement is a key condition to enable the Company to undertake the final US$33 million drawdown under the SFA" Was Mr Market informed about this before today? Utterly outrageous if not...IMO. | eezymunny
24/5/2021 08:40 | How can anyone confidently say this is the last raise? The last one was supposed to have the 'final' raise...oh, and so was the one before that. | 1234gold
24/5/2021 08:27 | Placing successful and directors also subscribed . On with production and sales now then. | kennyp52
24/5/2021 08:07 | I had a clear out of my Aus shares the other day so have a bit of cash, tempted to throw a bit more (good money after bad) at these. But now there is the constant worry that they will raise again and again,..... or is this the last one.... | ukgeorge
24/5/2021 07:58 | Reading the RNS, seems to me that no contingencies were built into the project financing. So as soon as anything slips, or prices change, or production takes longer to come through.....then the company has to raise more funds. Its an example of how not to bring a project to completion. | melody9999
24/5/2021 06:08 | 19p placing price (A$0.35) | adorling
21/5/2021 15:45 | yep, this is just a punt | gutterhead
21/5/2021 09:52 | Until fully commissioned , producing and selling this is always going to be an issue . JLP is an example of regular placings and it went from 2.3p to 19p now when that financing got it into properly financed production . Anyone thinking this is a solid investment is deluded ... it’s a gamble until everything is in place . Could represent a buying opportunity for the brave .. or should that read daft ? | kennyp52
21/5/2021 09:45 | Trust is everything and the Board and CEO have limited skin in the game. I’m out sadly at break even from a position of having 1-bagged 15 months ago. | adorling
21/5/2021 07:55 | " It has been agreed with the providers of the US$138m debt facility as described in the Company's announcement of 4 March 2021, that the capital raising will enable the Company to draw down the US$33m balance remaining under the debt facility and provide sufficient working capital to fund the ramp-up in production of the Lake Way Project." Trust of course is shot. However...... "..US$33m balance remaining.." and "It has been agreed with the providers.." Says it is the lender forcing this and SLP being weak with their nuts in a vice, but also that this is the end of it...('it' being the 'orphen period', where unwary investors are at high risk of falling for glossy hype, whereas in reality it's so as to periodicly refill the begging bowl)...... and also that cashflow production is soon here now. At sub 20 I have quaded up just. GLA. | lenses |
