09/12/2020 23:24 | A$48M capital raising at A0.40C. Further A$5M raised from a share purchase plan. Suspended till tomorrow night. | aja2
09/12/2020 18:26 | It's a big one:https://thewest. | dartboard1
03/12/2020 07:59 | Further opportunity to add on other investors' delay concerns. Pity, I already have a full position. One last purchase, maybe if share price weakens? | dearg doom

02/12/2020 23:18 | Suspension extended until 10th December | the deacon
02/12/2020 18:31 | The RNS stated 'The trading halt will remain until the earlier of an announcement to the market regarding the above or the opening of trade on ASX on 3 December 2020'. We might get some news before 11pm tonight since trading will start again on ASX. | colinbwood
02/12/2020 10:43 | 1234gold... that may well happen... but that's also why we're trading at a major discount to next year's and 2022 forecast FCF... | dartboard1
02/12/2020 10:40 | Small top up yesterday, but not 100% confident on what's coming in next few days.Hopefully they announce both the issue AND debt drawdown at once... if there's still uncertainty after more equity, then who knows. | dartboard1
29/11/2020 11:33 | Interesting comment on LSE regarding the second RNS. Believed it was to prop the price up a little. The raise will be at a discount but hopefully not to hefty. I'm not impressed with the situation but I do however still believe in the company. I see 40p by Feb. | richardjohn10
28/11/2020 17:39 | The remaining 10% probability could be that the new shares are issued at a discount to the closing price in London at 24p. Those inividuals/instituti Some news leakage beforehand may have encouraged sellers to expect share price weakness. Hence, the unlikely timing of share price fall below 30p, This was further exasperated by an RNS with advance notice of an equity raise. The dual listing in London and Australia, briefly created an imperfect market with one exchange trading halted and the other exchange continuing to trade. If new shares are issued at moderate discount to 30p would help re-enforce everything is above board. Share price depending on size of equity raise could bounce back to 30p in quick time. | dearg doom
28/11/2020 17:22 | Whats the probability that Taurus don't make any of the debt available and end up owning the asset ? | 1234gold
28/11/2020 16:49 | dearg doom: I'm still waiting for the other boot to drop. What event has the remaining 10% probability? | meanreverter
27/11/2020 18:22 | Predictions on further raise price? Where can we top up at? | richardjohn10
27/11/2020 16:04 | No change to first production in Q1 2021 when the cash comes rolling in. The rest is just admin and noise for the next week or two. | adorling
27/11/2020 15:59 | RNS in. More money required to complete project. | colinbwood
27/11/2020 12:44 | Not selling, but when people tell you you that they don't need funding, take no heed | markstevenkirby80
27/11/2020 12:24 | Why sell at a loss though? | richardjohn10
27/11/2020 11:00 | If it's too good to be true, the load of Shiite | markstevenkirby80
27/11/2020 10:36 | How do you know it's not all positive. | richardjohn10
27/11/2020 09:43 | Taurus won't walk, they've got $63m on loan already... plus 9m options out of the money. They'll get them the extra funds, just depends how much extra equity they want SO4 to raise, to de-risk their debt, and how many more options they ask for "transaction costs"... | dartboard1
27/11/2020 09:34 | I recently bought a few based on what was in the known Not a good start Hopefully nothing disastrous | ntv
27/11/2020 09:32 | Share Price 24.75p (-11%) As a shareholder, I would have thought far better and fairer if share trading was halted on both listed exchanges until such important issues highlighted in this morning's RNS are clarified. Worse case: planning issue problems and Taurus walks away. Alternative funding to sorted shortly (10% probability) Likely case: Taurus confirms funding. An additional capital raise, close to 27.5p for funding expansion of a 2nd lake. (70% probability) Best Case: Confirmation of agreed funding and planning with a capital raise at a premium share price. Finance raised to start phase 1 of expansion into 2nd lake. The capital sum raised is relatively modest. (10% probability) So upside risk/reward in my favour. Three options, to add, to continue to hold and to sell. Only two of those options makes sense. | dearg doom |
