The RNS stated 'The trading halt will remain until the earlier of an announcement to the market regarding the above or the opening of trade on ASX on 3 December 2020'.

We might get some news before 11pm tonight since trading will start again on ASX.

1234gold... that may well happen... but that's also why we're trading at a major discount to next year's and 2022 forecast FCF...

Small top up yesterday, but not 100% confident on what's coming in next few days.Hopefully they announce both the issue AND debt drawdown at once... if there's still uncertainty after more equity, then who knows.

Interesting comment on LSE regarding the second RNS. Believed it was to prop the price up a little. The raise will be at a discount but hopefully not to hefty. I'm not impressed with the situation but I do however still believe in the company. I see 40p by Feb.

The remaining 10% probability could be that the new shares are issued at a discount to the closing price in London at 24p.

Those inividuals/institutions close to the company pick up cheaper shares than otherwise, they might have.

Some news leakage beforehand may have encouraged sellers to expect share price weakness. Hence, the unlikely timing of share price fall below 30p, This was further exasperated by an RNS with advance notice of an equity raise.

The dual listing in London and Australia, briefly created an imperfect market with one exchange trading halted and the other exchange continuing to trade.

If new shares are issued at moderate discount to 30p would help re-enforce everything is above board.

Share price depending on size of equity raise could bounce back to 30p in quick time.

Whats the probability that Taurus don't make any of the debt available and end up owning the asset ?

No change to first production in Q1 2021 when the cash comes rolling in. The rest is just admin and noise for the next week or two.

Not selling, but when people tell you you that they don't need funding, take no heed

Taurus won't walk, they've got $63m on loan already... plus 9m options out of the money. They'll get them the extra funds, just depends how much extra equity they want SO4 to raise, to de-risk their debt, and how many more options they ask for "transaction costs"...

Share Price 24.75p (-11%)

As a shareholder, I would have thought far better and fairer if share trading was halted on both listed exchanges until such important issues highlighted in this morning's RNS are clarified.

Worse case: planning issue problems and Taurus walks away. Alternative funding to sorted shortly (10% probability)

Likely case: Taurus confirms funding. An additional capital raise, close to 27.5p for funding expansion of a 2nd lake. (70% probability)

Best Case: Confirmation of agreed funding and planning with a capital raise at a premium share price. Finance raised to start phase 1 of expansion into 2nd lake. The capital sum raised is relatively modest. (10% probability)

So upside risk/reward in my favour. Three options, to add, to continue to hold and to sell.

Only two of those options makes sense.

We don't know the full picture. It could be positive. All will be revealed on the 3rd.
