1234gold ther is nothing here to surprise any investor that has followed this since the days of Wildhourse Energy. The man pulling TS strings is Ian Middlemas and he knows exactly what he is doing. Wildhourse was reversed into SO4 in 2015 and prior to that they plundered the share holders in every which way. The only chance we have here is that it throws off so much cash they will have to let some of it cascade into the share price

lets hope they are not looking for more cash as charliec51 fears, the drop does feel like ominous after the last change in story

736m + 50m in options ... difficult to size up tho. There's a difference between a lake and a lake with a processing plant next to it. What does it cost to get a debt partner to back you to build that plant? Turns out to be a lot more than people thought a year ago.Was Tony naive ... not sure, he got it done... now the focus is on production targets not funding the plant

When Tony joined as CEO in mid 2018, the company had around 200m shares on issue and he came to London and said he would not be issuing loads more equity as the project will be largely debt funded. As of today, there are now 736.5m shares on issue - and people on this chat are still questioning whether the company is actually fully funded. So Activmojo, you think thats been a well thought out funding strategy ? I think a lot of people would see that as pretty naive...

Its been a disaster. Not as bad as Sirius though...

The dilution has been terrible...the Board and Execs should be held accountable for a very naive funding strategy over the last 18-mths.

What the hell, I swear this stock is cursed. I just hope a share offering is not on the way.

Colinbwood ... hopefully this will move into production in the near future and this will be the catalyst for a re-rate. Until then with no news flow it’s likely to be a little frustrating . A calculated gamble imho that could easily double treble higher ... might be adding more if this drops back below 24p .

I have great hopes for this company but it does seem to be struggling from an share price point of view. I've looked on some of the Oz discussions and there seem to be a few concerns.

1) Still waiting for approvals as flagged in the last report.

'Approvals

The Company continued the advancement of the remaining permitting required to support full-scale operations.

A revised Environmental Review Document (ERD) was submitted during the quarter, with the EPA confirming acceptance and completing their draft assessment report. SO4 presented the project to the EPA board and the board assessed the project in their December monthly meeting. The board agreed to adopt the draft assessment report and the EPA have commenced the final assessment report, to be issued to the Minister.

The EPA has determined that the full project scope requires formal assessment with no public review.

In addition to the EPA submission, the Company continues to seek other project approvals as required.'

2) Their build plan might be a bit ambitious so production might be delayed.
3) Are the ponds they've built able to support generating 245kt of SOP.

My main concern would be that they have issues with the approvals.
