K+S just sold its US salt business for 12.5x EBITDA. If SO4 is forecasting c.$110m pa, does that make it worth A$1.4bn (or A$2.35/sh) ?

Agree, if they stay on budget, don't issue more shares and hit production targets... 50pOnce production starts valuation then links with commodity price and new lake development

You're looking at pre-tax NPV... post tax APC (Australian Potash Ltd) Lake Wells is $441m. Salt Lake Potash is different company from the article, our post tax NPV is $469m .. higher than MC of $300m, but then there is execution risk, and about 20% of outstanding shares to be diluted. But if it works, then I agree, the other lakes will add value in time.

Valuation: this article states NPV of $664m Aussie. Current market cap is $303m Aussie. (Lake Way only)

The Aussie stock chart looks northbound to me and the volume is progressively chewing through the extra liquidity. Personally, I'd be disappointed not to clear the previous highs of 80c Aussie and 50p by production early next year.

Upon successful execution of Lake Way, additional timely news about the other lakes should then propel us higher.
