Given they raised recently and all the positives forward sales etc, I think that the raise is not going to be at a deep discount.

Looks to be bouncing already, someone will know what price the capital raise is taking place at I would guess 45 cents 24.5p. We will find out on the 3rd December.

Pretty annoying but the development stage is always very risky

So does that mean Taurus has seen something its not comfortable with so doesn't want to let SO4 drawdown any money ?

What else are we supposed to think ?

mark - the offer of funding is there subject to satisfying the conditions precedent. these have not been met to date. seems to me the worst that can happen is that they have to raise the funding elsewhere.

1234Gold - sell up mate if you are unhappy being a shareholder in SO4. over the next 3-5 years this will be a multi-bagger return for shareholders and any short term fluctuations of a penny or two is irrelevant at this stage. SO4 are developing a brand new industry for Australia and the state of Western Australia and have the green energy backing and the eco groups. It will get the finance it requires as the numbers are very strong looking forward with year 1 sales already secured at over 95% off-take agreements. That is very reassuring for any lender and is relatively low risk IMO.

All I can assume is that Taurus has forced them back to the trough...I doubt very much whether this has anything to do with the second Lake.

The AIM market never halts dual listed stocks for cap raises...its quite ridiculous really.

Trading suspended in Aussie pending Capital raise. Hopefully this will be to accelerate development of 2nd Lake as mentioned by Tony Swiericzuk recently and given recent raise was only in August at 27.5p

CP = Condition Precedent

SO4 can't draw down the debt from the Taurus facility until they have met the conditions precedent to that event.

The company previously suggested to investors the CP's would be complete early November, if I remember correctly. Still no news. What does that mean ?
