26/3/2015 12:03 | The contract was split between 22 (down from 57 previously) suppliers with 4 core suppliers taking 70% of the total value Both Morson and RTC are core suppliers and this is what RTC said "The Contract represents the maximum value of order book spend on core contingent labour that can be permissibly awarded to a single labour provider." So perhaps prevents a buy out but not an interest I assume - although at the moment the link appears slightly tenuous via associates. SJ Edit muckshifter - yes - posts crossed! | sailing john
26/3/2015 12:00 | cfro, It's not the same contract though. Both companies have been awarded the maximum allowable contract value, which is why they are both £100m, but they cover different areas of the UK. Regards. | muckshifter
26/3/2015 11:51 | phar lap Cracking research - many thanks for sharing. Very interesting! GL - SJ | sailing john

26/3/2015 11:11 | cfro, It does deepen, Natasha McCarthy is listed as a director of Global Equity Finance Ltd, a fellow director is Gerrard Godfrey Mason. Mr Mason was chairman and his son ceo of Morson Group plc. They led a controversial management buyout in 2012 Re - Morson Group Since 1969 Morson Group has provided the world with engineering recruitment and design that really matters. The group is made up of three main subsidiaries, Morson International, Morson Projects and Vital Human Resources. Coincidence? | phar lap

20/3/2015 16:07 | It is a Venture Capitalist that has exited. VC's usually like to back early stage co's and then exit once they become more established, so they might feel perhaps that their job is now done? As Shanklin says, im more interested in whom has bought the shares sold. | cfro
20/3/2015 15:12 | Davidosh, I would like to see where the shares ended up. | shanklin
20/3/2015 15:08 | I am certainly in the camp that does not expect a placing. I think the move to WH Ireland was probably more likely to be linked to the rating that WHI have with institutions and doors that it opens as Allenby were only able to really introduce the smaller investors whilst larger holders were exiting. Did you guys see the new holdings RNS. Any thoughts ? | davidosh
20/3/2015 08:36 | Rugby, I have already stated I would only be buying more RTC if the placing-fantasists such as yourself reduce your holdings and the share price by taking what would be the logical course of selling your shares if you think a placing is on the way. I explicitly stated I would not be buying at current levels. As things stand, I can only presume that this repeated banging on about a fictitious placing is intended to give you the opportunity to buy more. Does not seem very honest to me but that's up to you All IMHO. Edit: Obviously I will be eating much humble pie if there were a placing. | shanklin
20/3/2015 08:20 | Does seem to confirm my suspicions i must admit. We'll see i guess whatever happens. | cfro
20/3/2015 08:13 | yes they will want to puff it higher before any placing... | rugby
