On the move today.

Single digit pe here too should mean a continuation in the re-rating.

I like the fact that Tim Jackson is a new appointment who was previously at Staffline group for five years and in that time presided over the share price going from about £1 to £6.

Stegrego....It will have a dedicated website once finished. The first sign ups are top quality speakers and decent profitable growth companies to present to us all. I am also busily signing up hotel rooms, social activity organisers and lecture room hosts. After that I can think about releasing tickets and sales information. It will come but I want to get it all right and fully functional.

This is a mountain of a task.

Not easy to trade normally - so presumably seller taking the opportunity with a positive TS - Will we see a late reported sell trade of 100-250k at some stage?

Added a few more at 36.8 - slightly below mid so presumably a seller in the market

Very confident sounding AGM statement imo

MC still only £5m for a profitable £50m turnover

Just to let you all know that three directors presented with Andy Pendlebury, Sarah Dye and Tim Jackson the new non exec. The event was completely full and there were 77 attendees. Write ups usually follow on TMF.

I think all three directors are likely to be there on Monday so it will be the ideal opportunity for questions. I have 53 already signed up to attend and numbers looking likely to be close to 80 after I have sent my usual reminder emails to all the regulars and Mello database.

It should be a very good evening. The rise here ahead of the meeting may attract a few more to get to know RTC and come along as well.

Noted, RTC are illiquid, so any demand will move the share price quickly.

Yes and what isn't obvious is that all the profit last year £0.7m was in 2H. The current forecast of £0.9m for the whole of this year looks a little conservative imo

In the process of being re-rated now imo. They don't normally issue a trading update at the AGM, or a trading update before the interim's in August, but if trading is brisk then we might see one before August.

The Mello event will be interesting, wish I could attend. One day I will, but not back in the UK until 10th June for two weeks. Will check to see is there are any AGMs I can attend.

If RTC can deliver the forecast numbers, which one would hope to be the case, then looking destined for a further climb northwards.
PER of under 7 for 2015 with expectations of £1m pre-tax profit.
