I still cannot see how the forecasts are anything but cautious from all the co has said. The Superfos acquisition is only 10 months old and the real synergy gains come in the coming year and future gains set to be between £15-£25m yet forecasts are for a profit growth of just £10m this year - those savings should create a greater profit increase imo.

All just my opinion, dyor etc.

IMS seems to have been totally ignored , a meagre 13k traded so far. C`est la vie :-)

Nice statement.

With 18p eps in H1, when you read that statement it's hard to believe they will only do 36p eps forecast imo.

Still, if you look at Refs, brokers have been tweaking forecasts up recently so perhaps they realise they may be too cautious.

Year end t/s in March will be interesting imo.

Will be watching out for broker comments today.

Paul Kavanagh from Killik & Co tells Proactive Investors that he feels that a Greek default is priced in and there are some excellent opportunities for investors including: niche insurer Lancashire Holdings (LON:LRE), plastics company RPC Gp (LON:RPC) and Irish based oil & gas producer Providence Resources (LON:PVR).

Rapidly-growing fresh food brand Glorious has chosen the microwaveable Thor Pot from RPC Containers Blackburn for its new range of premium stews.

Injection moulded in polypropylene, the 480ml pot includes a tamper evident, resealable lid.

The stews are now on-shelf in Asda and Morrisons supermarkets
